I sold my late husband’s scooter to Grajmax and from the beginning their communication was polite and prompt. When it came to collection, they kept me informed of arrival time, giving me an accurate window. The gentleman who came was very polite and friendly and the transaction was completed efficiently. It was really nice to see how carefully he checked over the scooter before confirming he would buy it. This really gave me confidence that if I ever needed to buy one, they would be a good option as they are careful about the quality and condition of the items they take in. All in all a very pleasant experience, thank you!

I am thrilled with my purchase and the highly Professional Service I was given by this very lovely, caring & friendly Couple who work so hard to deliver a Quality Service. Marta wasn't sure it was a fit for me the Foldi Explorer so tried to dissuade me which was appreciated but I knew Practice was the Key and since my purchase I have sourced the part I needed to make the Explorer more comfortable for my long legs. The Scooter is immaculate although second hand it hasn't been used so what a bargain they have provided for me. A lovely friendly Couple who have a beautiful Family they are working so hard for. I think you deserve our thanks for providing a Very Professional, Friendly, Caring Service. You have got it right & we Applaud you. Highly Recommended.

I purchased a Tramper from Grajmax Mobility. The transaction was smooth and easy. Marta was faultlessly helpful and very knowledgeable in the products. The scooter was secondhand, and was outstandingly presented and looked as new. I had a little issue with right hand throttle, which they dealt with in a very professional and speedy way. The after service was commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody I meet on my travels with a disability. This company cares money and money only
I purchased a scooter from them and they couldn’t be any nicer to deal with
Until it came to honouring their advert by giving you 14 days to return the scooter
I received the scooter and it didn’t suit me asi couldn’t mount the scooter without assistance and I wasn’t going to have assistance nearby whenever I used my scooter so I asked for a return
And they wouldn’t even consider it
All I wanted was a lower seat scooter I could mount without assistance
I explained this to the woman but she wasn’t having it
So I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs
