Grainger plc Reviews 

I have been with Grainger for over 5 years, but the last 3 have been the worst experience imaginable. I was unaware of their declining reputation until I experienced it firsthand. From what I have seen, they appear to seek out fake positive reviews to bury the overwhelming number of negative experiences from real customers.

I am not writing this review to unfairly criticize but to share the truth about how I have been treated. The communication is messy, misleading, and unreliable. They have made false allegations and will do everything possible to evict you if you complain about fair issues.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company. If you take the time to look beyond the surface of their reviews, you will find countless personal experiences that expose their true nature. Don’t be fooled by the positive ones at first glance , scroll down far enough, and you’ll see the real pattern.

Grainger is a company that engages in bullying, gaslighting, and complete disregard for the well-being of its customers.
Avoid them at all costs.

Scammers and will give you the stupidest reason to take money from your deposit.

The staffs are all terrible at their jobs - they are all clueless, does not want to listen to their residents, and has ZERO common sense.

STAY AWAY unless your willing to do their jobs for them cause they won't do anything and will just try to scam you.

Grainger were always super quick to schedule any repairs when needed, and our building manager Mark was always a very reliable guy. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is just the hot water would stop a bit too often for our liking and little issues around the site with the gate would come up, but thats minimal and overall id definitely recommend

I've just moved out from a Grainger managed property after 3 years and I have nothing but praise for the property management team.
Luke Pollard who's been managing my flat has been truly exceptional from start to finish. He's called me even before I moved in to welcome me in and talk me through the process.
He's been absolutely stellar and responsive about every issue, big or small, that I raised.
He's truly gone above and beyond to make my experience positive. You're truly in luck if Luke is managing your property as it's not often you get someone so dedicated and supportive in the rental market.
Same has to be said about the concierge team, especially Harry and Mick.
Harry always helped me out with small issues around the house and made sure any packages delivered got to me. He'd knock on my door if I'd forgotten to collect anything, and was always so kind and positive.
The same has to be said about Mick. He was the person that handed me the keys to the flat, and and luck would have it, was the person I handed the keys back to when I moved out. He's helped me lots, especially when I locked myself out once and he's quickly helped me get back in so I wouldn't stand in the evening cold.

I had a really great experience with GRAINGER PLC, Deanne and Chiara have been incredibly helpful throughout the process, have always made time to help throughout the process, always happy to answer any questions and take any calls regarding any concerns I have and have been a delight to deal with, I cannot thank them enough!

4 months into a tenancy and my apartment still smells like a sewer. 25+ emails, dozens of calls and still no fix. Turns out they've known about it for over a year and not repaired it. Avoid them like the plague.

Molli has been such a huge help in making our move from the US seamless! She’s been incredibly helpful every step of the way, even arranging for our friend to view the place for us since we’re not there yet. Connor, our initial contact, has been helpful and quickly followed up on info we needed to complete our renting process.

Connor and the staff at Millwrights Place were very helpful during my viewing. Connor was friendly and took the time to give me a thorough tour of the facilities and apartment options available. He dealt with my questions very professionally. I left with the information I needed to proceed with my application. The necessary paperwork was forwarded promptly.

Everyone I dealt with during the process was fantastic - Chiara and Naseem were really helpful and as other reviews have mentioned they respond extremely quickly, which helps during what can be quite a stressful process!

Fiona was fantastic, really communicative, helpful and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her to help you find an apartment!

While I’m still in the process of signing the contract, I can say that after months of exhausting house hunting across the city, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Special thanks to Deanne for making everything so much easier with her quick responses, clear communication, and reassuring support. She also validated my concerns about moving on my own, which made a positive difference!

It's been a really smooth process. The lovely team that has been in contact with me have made it great. Special mention to Connor and Corrina. They've been a diamond throughout and helped me with all the relevant information and questions I needed

A fantastic service from Fiona, very responsive and incredibly helpful. Made the whole process very easy, removing any unnecessary stress. The referencing process was also very quick and the Lettings team were very responsive and helpful.

Deane letting advisor has been so lovely and helpful through out the process, finding information and supporting us! Shes lovely and bubbly too! Really looking forward to the future at pin yard!

Having been through the tough rental referencing procedure, we finally get the keys to our new home here. Hurrays…

A big THANK YOU to Molli who has helped me in securing a good apartment in Clippers Quay! At first the plan was to look for a flat by myself and then it switched to a 2-bed apartments which are pet-friendly, but in the end it got back to 1-bed. Many thanks to Molli for helping me to locate different apartments under Grainger in different stages and she always responded to my enquiries and messages promptly! I am really pleased with her service!! :)

We have had a few landlords in the past. Certainly Grainger stands out for me as a top notch & caring landlord. We had the pleasure of Jemma Herring that assisted us with our lease renewal. Her service was excellent - she was polite, courteous, efficient, timely and on top of her game. It’s been a pleasure working with her. Such an asset to her company. Thank you to Jemma, Honey Campbell and the Grainger team.

Huge thanks to Saleena for showing us around the new building in Oxford. Besutiful facilities and very well thought out. The process was friendly and informative without making us feel pressured. Saleena answered all our questions and made sure we felt valued.
