I listed an item for sale on Grailed that I had purchased through Grailed 4 years ago. It was flagged as inauthentic and the listing was removed. I disputed the claim with Grailed and they promptly refunded me the original payment as they realized it was an error on their end. Was very surprised they made it right over something that was purchased years ago. I’m very satisfied with the service and professionalism they provided.
STAY AWAY FROM… an absolute joke
This company cannot deal with criticism. They froze my account without any explanation, telling me I violated their terms and conditions or guidelines… how can I do that if I haven’t used this account for YEARS … my son did try to sell a luxury handbag and they froze his account as well because they are not abele to authenticate a luxury handbag .. a joke of a company . Never again … there are other and better platforms

Selling on this site became really worthless. You can no longer choose your shipping options - you are stuck offering an overpriced rate for the slowest UPS service (20-25 dollar shipping charges when eBay would have charged the buyers 10). UPS screwed up the delivery on a couple of instances. When contacting the UPS customer service, they told me I needed Grailed to contact them because the label was generated on their account. Grailed's customer service was slow and would not help. When a couple of packages were sent back to me because UPS drivers wouldn't deliver them without getting the customers' signatures (despite the service not requiring a signature), Grailed charged me the inflated original shipping charge out of my own pocket even though they could have changed the delivery instructions for a service I did not want to use. After the second instance, I just deleted all my listings and will not sell on this platform again.
Grailled is protecting a criminal
Grailed accepted an order from someone using stolen credit card information. They refuse to give me the information of the thief. Grailed obviously protects criminals.
