Decent gloves but still no pads

Update on 10th June. I’ve still not received the other half of my order - boxing pads. The boxing gloves were decent. I’ve requested a refund but heard nothing. I’ve emailed, called, messaged on social media but no reply. The email still bounces and the telephone number doesn’t exist. What a way to run a business.

Absolutely Brilliant

I was given a freestanding graft punching bag as a gift,that I actually really wanted, I unpacked it a year later, as I was moving house and needed to make room, it came with the wrong base wasn't sure if graft now would replace it because it had been at least a year, but to my surprise they said that they would replace it for the next day at no cost!!! and true to their word parcel force delivered the next afternoon, Excellent service, quality product, friendly staff, Brilliant company I would highly recommend, ps and they arranged collection for incorrect base at my convenience. I could not ask for more!!!

Disappointing to say the least

I have been extremely disappointed with this company and recommend you purchase from elsewhere. Firstly, it was easy to order the product and within 24hours of dispatch I received a delivery. Unfortunately that's the only positive I can say. The bag within itself is of a good quality but when you only received the bag of a free standing boxing bag, and the base support is missing it becomes a useless piece of equipment. Once I had opened the package I realised the delivery fault. Trying to use their chat window one man denied all responsibility and went on to say he couldn't be blamed and assured me there was a second delivery. Although I had not received any tracking information for the second delivery. The next day I attempted to locate the missing supporting base and again the same guy used the chat and phoned me. Instead of helping to resolve my issue, I was to blame apparently I had missed the delivery. Despite speaking with him the day before. I asked for his managers details and he said he will refund my money, I begged for him to locate the missing part of my order, at this point he told me my money isn't good enough for his products he will refund my payment and hung up the phone on me. Desperate to find out where my missing equipment is and if and when I will receive my refund I managed to find tracking number, to which the delivery company had been given the wrong address and never attempted the delivery. I tried to get hold of someone via chat window and it just said my order was fulfilled. I tried to call the guy that I had previously spoke to and I was ignored. I texted and sent photo evidence that the delivery company never had the correct address. Still heard nothing back so I made a complaint about the experience I have had via the info for graftnow email. Hoping I could get some answers, regarding the missing product rendering the free standing bag useless. The next day the same guy that I have complained about wrote an email in the third person pretending to be his manager stating it is acceptable to hang up on customers, and he was sat next to him. I was issued a refund on the saturday and that someone would be here to collect the product I had received the next day. No attempt to send out the missing part of my order which I wanted as a gift, instead I was told to order gifts well in advance. The next day a guy did come to collect the heavy bag but I am refusing to return until I receive my refund as I will be liable for the missing product, after speaking with my bank about getting a refund. It's not cheap equipment and it was a luxury gift, my advice, there are plenty of other companies that will deliver your product and or resolve your issue with delivery. I found it an insult that I couldn't get a delivery for my missing vital base for the free standing bag, yet they were quick to retrieve what I had signed for. ? I would appreciate a response for the manager or at least another guy than the one covering his own lack of customer service, but like I said there are plenty of companies that will gladly accept your money, with no ego attached.
