Honestly best hand cream about and face cream about for grafters like us fully recommend

I've been using the Grafted hand cream for a few weeks now and I've been massively impressed by both the proactive and reactive effects of using it daily. Unlike other heavy duty hand cream products I've used in the past which can leave your hands feeling greasy for hours and can be off putting to use, Grafted seem to have created a magic potion which has fallen into my daily routine nicely and my hands are no longer constantly crucified from using bike cleaning products, chlorine, ice cold weather, walking the dogs all that every day life stuff and it's actually nice to have smooth hands for once! I would 100% recommend at least trying this unique product because you will be surprised how quick you see the results and become used to having decent hand care, even for the most hardiest of grafters !

Really good moisturiser, would definitely recommend!

Bought this for my other half who works outside in all weathers. Complains of sore face and hands all the time so thought this was worth a try.
Absolutely brilliant. The hand cream and face cream provides good coverage, goes on really well and more importantly does what it says.
Customer service excellent when I had a query on the product and they were very helpful.
Even more than this, the company supports Mental Health too.
Will be buying more in the range and highly recommend.

An easy process to purchase, I work outside all day and suffer with dry and irritable skin, after using grafted products (for a couple of weeks) it’s so far so good, the skin has calmed and now have no irritation, recommend!

Can't recommend these products enough! My husband suffers greatly with dry skin on his face and dry cracked hands. We bought the Intensive Face Moisturiser and the Heavy Duty Handcream. Vast improvement in just 2 days. 👏

Been using Grafted for a good few weeks now, as one of the lucky ones who was first in line. I’m a tree surgeon and also have psoriasis on my knuckles and the hand cream has been fantastic. A lot of products can sting when applying after a shower but both the hand and face cream are soothing… not sticky or oily - just good moisturising skin cream in a handy squeezy tube. Not messing around taking kids off etc!

I suffer with Eczema pompholyx on my hands which is triggered by stress. When I have a bad flare up it’s super irritating and my fingers can become so dry & sore and my skin cracks and peels. (Sounds disgusting I know, but I wanted to explain how bad they get). I have tried various ointments and creams on prescription but they either angered it or irritated it. I stole my boyfriends GRAFTED hand cream and was amazed by the results. I found it to be really soothing, super hydrating and I can’t believe the difference in my hands, I’m so happy with it. I purchased my own right away, so it’s safe to say it’s not just for men 😉

Received product we got the bundle, fave and hand cream, it is amazing leaves skin fully restored and radiant. My partners hands are really run down but been using it past couple days and his hands are quickly making a recovery even with cuts and wounds!
