Outrageously long wait times. I had to wait almost two months for my order because one item was out of stock, even though the website stated that an order from an external warehouse for that particular product would take a maximum of 5 days. Great if you urgently need printing paper. While the website stated a normal delivery time of 3 to (a maximum of) 5 days. Never again.

That´s actually not much you can write about a company who does 100 % what they should do. Take care of the clients and give fast and good service. That is just a fact. You can only write a lot when a company mess things up. Grafisk Handel doesn´t mess things up.
This will be my to go place to buy my Canson Fine art papers and other stuff.

I dont write reviews on web sites but after reading so many negative reviews i was kinda reluctant to order from Color Europe but in the end i placed an order that was dispatched the same day and arrived in my country pretty fast and in a very good packaging, merchandise factory sealed and all in perfect condition. Thanks!

An asterisk suddenly appeared stating that you had to spend at least 50 euros when asked why shipping was not free even though it states so on the top banner (up to 20kg) and when presented with a screenshot of their shipping policy page not stating otherwise.
Maybe good products and offers, shady customer handling.
Will not spend any money here.

Had to cancel my order because they sold me a product that they didn´t actually have on them. The webshop says to this day that they have 10 of the product I wanted in their long-distance-warehouses, although they actually don´t have any, and don´t know when they get more. To me this is bad website/stock updating and management.

When I had made the order, I contacted the customer service after 10 days because I had heard no updates. Then they informed me that they don´t actually have the product, and that my options are to wait unknown amount of time until or if they get any, buy different version of the product, or cancel my order. No apologies, nothing at this point. I was dissapointed and felt kind of deceived about the fact that I was sold something they didn´t actually have in stock. I couldn´t wait for the product for too long, so I cancelled the order. At this point I got my sorries from the customer service, but overall the customer service experience was worse than average. Atleast they were fast to answer and I got my money back without problem, so everything is good in that way. Just wasted some time and won´t buy from here again.

Multiple products in their store have this same weird number 10 of stock in their long-distance-warehouses, which is a high estimate if there is 0 product in stock, like in my case. I would understand this sort of no-product-situation better if the estimation of stock had been lower and there had been a smaller miscalculation. But it seems that their website doesn´t have that specific information of actual stock in some parts.

Really fast service and great choice of high quality printing paper. Everything arrived as ordered through the coloreurope.eu web site - no problems whatsoever. Free EU shipping for orders above 50 Euro + package tracking. I highly recommend this company and looking forward to order from them again.

Be very careful with this company. This is a trap.
We paid our order in advance and still waiting for any information about the goods. They are not communicating any more. We had to start legal action!

Excellent company to deal with 10 out of 10

Ordered product from Grafisk because I needed it quick and they said it was in stock. Once ordered they said it was out of stock and 3 weeksdor delivery. Wont bother with them again
