AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITEMS

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITEMS! I found Graff.io through Groupon and was a bit hesitant. My items arrived within the time frame they stated and that I paid for. Out of 3 orders, two orders arrived but one. I was upset about it and immediately emailed their customer service email found on the invoice. The email does ask that you provide as much detailed information of your order as possible, so I provided the order#, tracking order#, and titles of the items I ordered. In the morning the next day, I received a pleasing personal email stating the reason why I might have not received the third order. I was helped by Naima who was very kind and provided personal attention. I could tell she cared, I can tell that Graff.io cares by who they hire and the opportunities that they provide their representatives to show they care about their customers. Naima was very quick to respond to further questions I sent her. I was already happy about the items that I ordered because the artists are extremely talented. I was happy with the price of the items. When we received the items, I was taken back to how beautiful and professional the art was in person. We almost immediately hung the art up in our home. I was truly appreciative of the customer service. I appreciate her explanation on their shipment process and goals to have the items arrive together which helped me understand and calm me down. I also appreciate that Naima and Graff.io will do anything possible to make sure that I receive my item and feel that my concerns are being heard and met. I have ordered online from many different companies and rarely find a customer service that responds with empathy and humaneness. I will recommend Graff.io and will surely come back to buy more items!
P.S. I am not paid for this review (I wish), I'm a real person who happily lives in Chicago.

AMAZING customer service

AMAZING customer service! I bought a voucher via Groupon that ended up not working. I contacted both Groupon & Graff.io CS. Both responded, & even though Groupon refunded me, my CS rep (Naima) still gave me a voucher to use on their site! I'm really looking forward to getting my art. The ordering process was simple & the site is very user friendly.

Very Pleased

Graff.io exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the selection of small Banksy prints. The delivery was a bit delayed due to our March snowstorm; I reached out to Customer Service and was promptly and personally assisted. The print arrived the next day anyway, undamaged. Plus it came with a certificate of authenticity. I highly recommend this resource.

Exceeded expectations

I ordered a little Banksy print from a Groupon special in the United States. Being old and crotchety, I'm a bit distrustful of Internet specials. Like my last husband, usually too good to be true. But since wine eased the wallet's pain, and I ordered from Graff.io figuring I just, donated to the Internet gods. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an immediate response from Graff.io confirming the order. I didn't realize it was an international order, I figured they'd cancel once they saw my address. Then a few days later, another reach out from them asking what color frame I'd prefer. I then waited a bit. And a bit. And figured, oh no, I'm not going to get it after all....I wrote to ask what was going on, I received a reply within the hour. They had shipped and reported receipt. Turns out they shipped to my old address. Thanks, Pay Pal. I reported what happened, and without skipping a beat, they said "no worries, we'll send you a new one." What? For no charge for a mistake that was probably mine? Who does that? Evidently, Graff.io does. I received it within two weeks, properly wrapped for the weather and everything. (Which was a good thing, be a useful the delivery driver left the package on a holly bush in the snow.) Maybe it's just because our expectations of integrity have been reduced to rubble in the US, but, I have to say. I was truly impressed with the Graff.io staff, product, and business ethics. Fabulous selection!

Though I did have a shipping issue, I cannot bring myself to give less than 5 stars to Graffio. They helped me out & re-shipped my order cause I never received the 1st one....and I'm thrilled. I love my selection & look forward to future purchases from Graffio.

These guys Kick A$$

So will be honest I haven't got my paintings yet. So this review is about the ordering process. I found these guys because of GroupOn and I'm a huge comic book fan for Xmen and literally everything DC. Anyway ordered three paintings but I did it as three different orders. I setup my online account with the site but before the third order not for the first two orders.

So I got an email about the third order. So just FYI before you order setup an account before you order so they can keep you up to date on everything or you'll freak out like I did lol. What was awesome these guys kicked a$$ and calmed my fears and verified that the painting orders were received. So stay the course with these guys.

They seem like they really want to provide excellent art to people where ever you may be in the world. I'm in Texas while they are in the U.K. Anyway I'm also a huge Trekkie so I'm probably gonna buy their Star Trek paintings as well lol. Anyway I hope people realize these aren't done paintings and that they are made to order which is really smart. Then again I'm an IT Audit guy who's also an accountant. So I understand what a pain having inventory. Can't wait to see my paintings in a couple weeks. Thanks again guys for calming my fears. Looking forward to review the three orders I have coming.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a few different prints around the holidays last year. Shipping to the US took time, which was expected. However one of my orders took way longer than normal. I contacted Graffio customer service, and they responded promptly to my problem. They issued a reprint, and my packages then got delivered as promised. I am very happy with the multiple prints I purchased from them, and I would use their services again in the future. If you like any of the custom prints found on their website I would recommend the purchase.

Problem promptly resolved

Our lovely Bansky print arrived well packaged but the matt/white border had sadly been bent in transit. We contacted Graff.io regarding this and received a very prompt reply. Although the problem was most likely caused by the couriers rough handling than the company themselves, they offered to completely replace the order. A very generous offer under the circumstances I thought. I wouldn't hesitate to order further prints from them again.

Picture Perfect

My experience with Graff.io was excellent. My finished product was delivered and the results exceeded my expectations. This is a gift for my daughter; it is of her dog. The picture of the dog with the graphics is colorful and will be treasured. I'm working on a second picture of her other dog and will choose different graphics. The frames are a beautiful flat black and the picture is mounted on a generous white mat. I'm excited to give these two pictures as gifts and being "homemade" will add an extra special touch.

Excellent Follow-Up and Customer Service

I live in the USA, and after not receiving my order I contacted customer service to help track my order. With the nature of "ground" shipping international packages many items can go wrong. For some reason my original shipment/order did not arrive and Naima assisted in shipping out a replacement order. She provided tracking information and I was so happy and excited when my order arrived in the timeline put forth. I will not hesitate ordering from Graff.io again in the future!

Excellent customer service!

I received only part of my order and contacted customer service. Naima was especially helpful as not only did she immediately put in to replace and resend my order, but she accommodated my request for a new address, as well, since I will be moving! Thank you Naima and graff.io! Great job!

Great artwork and presentation

I love the way my photo came out. It was presented exactly how I designed and came in a nice frame. Anytime I had a question about my order, I was responded to very quickly. Great service, and great product!

Customer service

I had ordered a print a few weeks ago, and wasn't sure of its location. I contacted Graff.io to see where it was but I couldn't find my tracking number.
Within min I got a response and Naima was very helpful and was able to track down where it was.
Thank-you for all your help, you don't always get helpful people like this.

nice stuff, good customer service.. slow delivery

I like the art.. now that it has arrived.. In the meantime I had lots of email with a very nice customer service person.. she was genuinely nice and helpfuI. I ordered November for Christmas present 2016. The art arrived on the 20th Feb. 2017. Too long. They will now be birthday presents .
