The website states a 24-48 hour processing time when a return is started by the customer. I waited a full week, 5 business days, and genuinely only think that I heard anything because I reached out to customer service asking when I would get an update. The response I got was basically just "we do each one manually so it takes time" which is fine but don't have a time frame on your website. It really made me angry and turns me off from ordering again from Grae Cove.

Edit per Grae Cove's response - The issue is NOT with the refund timing, it's how long it took to even get my return processed on their side. Absolutely not okay. Also the sizing is not inclusive for anyone with a large chest which is unfortunate.

It didn’t fit. I measured and went by the size chart and it’s too small

The material is very good. I love the stitching and the styling. The shirts are loose. I normally wear medium.Next time will order small.

One of the tops is much larger than the other. Both were ordered in the same size L.

The dresses are too small and the fabric is very thin - can see straight through it. My understanding was that Grae Cove accepted returns, but instead of issuing a return label, I received a negotiation for the return. Very frustrating communication process.

Just got my order today. I’ve waited for quite a bit as the first order was lost in the mail but it’s not the company’s fault. Customer service was really good and friendly. They are prompt to replace the order once they confirmed the package is not going to arrive. Quality looks good and I’m excited to try them on.

I went through the procedure of return to no avail. E-mailed them to send a return address with no reply. Emailed again....no reply. Just a waiting game now. Such a shame because product was good. Just didn't fit.

I was a bit nervous to buy something from a social media ad but I gave Grae Cove a shot and I’m glad I did. If you follow the size chart you’ll get a great fit. I bought two wrap dresses, one green and one navy. The linen is substantial and doesn’t wrinkle too much. And it’s very soft. I’ve received so many compliments from people at work! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

They delivered what they promised. I am 5’6”, 123 lbs. I am usually a small but took a medium as the size guide suggested. Arrived in 10 business days, nicely packed. Length and fit were like on the model. Very nicely made, well cut dress. Color green is attractive. Linen seems good quality. Haven’t yet washed it.

I tried to submit a return with in the 30 days and never received a reply from the company. I'm not sure why the website won't just let you return an item and a team member needs to review it, guess that's how they keep your money.
