Registering and initial quote was easy. The price offered and the reason for the low price did not align to the quality of the phone. Second quote doubled but was still half of original estimate.
No way to communicate in response to the offer price. The detail for reason for reduced offer included things like screen has scratches ylu cam fit a finger nail in.. the screen was branded new id had it replaced but decided to get a new phone. Feel totally conned would never use again. Credit of £5 for a review Lets see how this is a con!!! Credit where to use on what?

It was a quick and easy process but did not get paid anywhere near the original offer due to scratches that can’t be seen with the eye or felt with the fingernail 🤔 I did decline their offer and a higher offer was received which I accepted but still far lower than expected.

Trade in for my iPhone 13 Mini
Initially, I was quoted a high amount for my phone (£185). However, the initial quote they gave me back was only 1/4 (£50) of that initial quote and they deemed my phone 'poor' quality, despite me taking photos beforehand knowing it was definitely 'good' if not 'great'.
I queried their offer and then they revised it and met me in the middle of what I'd wanted, which was still just under half of what they initially quoted me (£85). However, I accepted it to avoid the faff of having to do the same with another buyer. I do think how they go about it is wrong. And I also think they should provide detailed photos as evidence for why they reduce the initial value.
However, the sending of the packaging for the phone was good and it was delivered speedily to them for pricing.
