Good communication between myself and the company, there was a delay in service due to a member of the team self isolating but this was explained and any questions I had were answered.

I bought an Only Graded Pokemon card off Ebay and went on the Only Graded site just to have a look. I looked at their 14 point scoring scale only to find the card I'd bought was Graded wrong. It was a grade 10 but according to their scoring system it should have been a 10+ Immaculate (oc). One quick email to Only Graded and they said they would put it right if I sent it in to them. It was sent on November 6th and it has been returned 12 days later. Allowing a few days either side for posting that's pretty quick! The card looks great in its new case. Thanks for doing a great job so quickly.

Originally wrote a 1 star review but removed it as I was told my item was being sent and that it had not been sent due to a lack of staff but now it has still not been sent, this whole time I have received only 1 correspondence over 3 weeks and not item or refund.

Really pleased to have found the Pokemon 25th Anniversary boxes at Graded Cards. Purchase rules make it fair to all shoppers which was a major plus point. Good communication and package came in a few business days too. Would definitely shop with them again.

The service by graded cards was amazing. The delivery was really fast and the Pokemon card arrived within a few days from the order. The selection of Pokémon card product on offer is great as it’s a tough to find the celebration cards anywhere. I really recommend using graded cards for Pokémon cards and for the service.

Managed to get my hands on a celebrations set thanks to these guys, when everywhere else was sold out. Fast delivery, easy to contact and the item was in great condition.
