Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 34 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Many customers found the structured approach, particularly the 100 skills framework, highly beneficial for focused learning and revision, helping them identify and address specific areas of weakness. The platform's design and video explanations are frequently praised for being clear, easy to understand, and effective, especially for visual learners and those who struggle with traditional methods. This has led to significant improvements in confidence and grades, with many noting a positive shift in their children's attitude towards maths. The course is particularly effective for students who find other programs overwhelming or have short-term memory difficulties, as it breaks down complex topics into manageable sections. However, some users mentioned starting late in the academic year, which made the initial adjustment a bit challenging, though they still found the program valuable.

Excellent programme

An excellent programme designed to support students who have short term memory difficulties. Visual learning through videos is also really helpful. If you can start at year 10 it is excellent value for money. My daughter has found the video explanations invaluable. Highly recommend.

Grade 4 Maths is a wonderful maths…

Grade 4 Maths is a wonderful maths platform for everyone doing foundation maths! My child has learnt so much and has become more confident in maths because of it. Wish it is rolled out through schools nationally - it would make a great impact.

Structured revision at its best

My autistic daughter struggles to collect her thoughts into the structure she needed to help her revise but this 100 skills structure allowed her space to think. She was happy to watch the videos and do the tests that came with the app. Once ahe got to the final 100 skills test she could see which skills she had down pat and which ones she needed to look at the videos again. She seems to be happy with her progress so far but is getting very nervous now.

My son has dyscalculia and dyslexia so really struggles with maths and reading the longer questions. We started this course only in January but he’s found it easy enough to follow. He’s enjoyed the online sessions too. Sandra explains things really well. There’s support if you need it. I just wish we’d started the course sooner!

Dyspraxia and Repeated Grade 3

My daughter is in Year 13 and is about to sit GSCE maths for a 5th time this year. After receiving Grade 3 on all previous attempts (4), motivation and self esteem was at an all time low. Thanks to Grade 4 maths her confidence has risen and with bite sized chunks, taught in such a way for SEN students to understand, she is going into this exam series in a much better mindset! Now working on the assessment tool and the live revision sessions, we all feel certain of success and the much desired Grade 4. Thank you all for your support and patience

My son felt lost and overwhelmed with all the different places to revise online. I came across Grade 4 on Social Media and didn't sign up straight away unfortunately. I wish I had so he couldn't have had more time for the space repetition but even so, I think the structure is really helping him. I'll update when he finally passes!

Structure

My son failed his maths in year 11 but this course has given us the structure he needed to be best placed to resit this May/June. He seems to be in a much better place going into this round of exams, thanks to Grade 4 Maths. I’ll be back to give the fifth star ‘when’ he passes!!! xx

Helps to build Maths confidence ahead of GCSE

My son has always struggled with Maths. I stumbled upon this company on social media, joined a webinar and we signed up for the course. Sandra is a great tutor ,she takes time to make sure everyone has caught up in sessions before moving on to to next question. She is positive and encouraging and has improved my sons confidence with Maths significantly. She will also respond promptly with individual questions, unpicks where the confusion is and sends a video message explaining how the question is solved in an understandable step by step approach. I would highly recommend the course .

Jumped almost 2 grades in a few months

Our experience so far has been great. Since starting the course my daughter jumped almost 2 grades on her 2nd round of mock results. She had understood things she found difficult much better and fingers crossed we will hit that magic grad 4 in the summer. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone who is struggling with their maths

Really amazingly helpful

Really amazingly helpful. Child can follow through the course and find learning gaps and correct them.
Myself and my son struggled a little to start with as took on quite late but Sandra and Danny are really supportive, great communication and we don’t feel alone.
Definitely the best thing for my sons chance to achieve the best he knows he can.
