Beautiful themes with demo data for quick design. Support was very responsive and fast even on weekends. Back and forth communication with their support staff was within minutes not hours or days like other vendors.

I am a novice at using Wordpress and went looking for a theme to use. Found a free one from Grace Themes installed it and loved it. So decided to purchase. got the site running weel but was having an issue, contacted support who helped me figure out the error and doing great now, very responsive and very helpful customer support, I highly recommend their themes and the company, both are outstanding.

I had some difficulty importing the theme and getting it set up. The helpdesk responded within 30 minutes and were able to resolve the issue within 10 minutes of making contact with me. Highly recommend using these themes.

Pretty happy with these folks! I needed an alumni theme to show people from my graduating class, as we're graduating soon! I couldn't find a right theme. I stumbled across a demo of Grace Themes' Wide Range which showed team members. It looked simple, professional, and fit what I wanted.

I found it easy to edit. The template and raw PHP code were very easy to edited, and very well commented making it easy to adjust the Team Member page to be an Alumni page. The documentation shows how to set up a basic site. Their forums are full with great answers on how to do more advanced things.

I needed to find a way to change something I didn't like that was built into a theme. I knew the name of the function. I asked for help. Within a few hours they not only told me where to look, but, actually gave me the code to make the adjustment I needed!

Grace Themes is a greate Theme. You have many option to creat your own Website. The support ist very fast and frendly

unable to import demo content of barber lite in wordpress after installing & activation and in documentation it says "Go to Appearance » Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side" i am not able to find restore defalut option

Very nice and easy to use themes! If you need help their support is fabulous! They are always able to help with any extra needs I have! I would recommend these themes to anyone looking for a Word Press theme.

We purchased the Greenest Pro Theme, which looked very good at the beginning. But when using it more extensively we experienced several issues where it was not possible to adapt the theme as we'd needed it to be. The slider must be re-coded in order to be responsive, Google Fonts used everywhere (not hosted locally - privacy policy issue), YouTube video used (also privacy policy issue), welcome text is not imported with html tags (so no formatting possible), etc.

Regarding the Google Fonts issue we asked the support for help. We wanted to host the fonts locally and get rid of the strict privacy policy issue in Austria. But the answer was it's not possible to host them locally (not even with plugins). However, that's simply not true. We even solved it without plugin. The support just didn't want to help or didn't understand me properly. So this is not a good way to go.

The whole plugin looks good on the surface, but the coding could have been done a lot better. All the settings are spread in different areas, which is not quite self-explaining. So if you want a theme that needs a lot of work to adapt, this is probably not the best one. Next time I buy a theme I will be looking more thoroughly also into the coding. This would save a lot of time and trouble afterwards

I'm surprised to see great reviews for Grace Themes Customer Service, because I've sent multiple emails asking for simple help with logging in or download a theme I bought, and haven't heard anything back. That being said, their Themes are great. I just wish they had easier support.
