Ordered and paid for a coat
Ordered and paid for a coat, they said it was being shipped but when I asked for a tracking number they changed and said it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they have been stalling for over a month. Don’t buy from this company.

The blouse I ordered took forever to arrive, & it was very poor quality- not the linen blend shown. Like other shoppers, I wish that I had read the reviews before buying. I will definitely never shop here again!

This company is not based in Ottawa and…
This company is not based in Ottawa and ships from China. The clothing is extremely poor quality and looks very cheap. This feels misleading and fraudulent. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Update- went to return the dress back to China and it’s going to cost $89.00 Canadian. Do not buy from this company.
Obviously I kept the dress and will donate it.

If I could give 0 I would … fraudulent company I ordered a jacket took forever to arrive when it finally did it was from China not Ottawa cheaply made wrong size horrible fitting… when I asked for a refund I was told have to send back to china cover the cost and it may not arrive there but if i want to avoid the hassle then keep 20% refund and donate the jacket.

I Regret Ordering Because Nothing Arrived…
I am really disappointed with my experience. It has been thirteen days since I placed my order and I still have not received anything. My order sat in “preparing order” for days with no updates. The only time I finally got a tracking number was after I repeatedly reached out, and even now I am skeptical that it is valid because nothing has moved.
The lack of communication and the long wait makes this feel unprofessional and fishy. I would not order from them again based on this experience.
