Everything was great, the app is easy to use, is responsive and the contact its oretty much straight forward. Really easy to use overall
I've been using Grabr for a few years now and I've always gotten my products in a very easy and cost-effective way. I can buy products that are not sold in Brazil for a fair price. The app is simple and safe to use.
It's a good idea to quickly get some products form overseas and it's fairly safe (I had no issues but I don´t want to guarantee it's safe).
The drawback is its cost, Grabr charges to the buyer and the traveler and the traveler charges his/her own fee, so summing this three fees the final costs it's only justified for urgencies.

Wonderful, the company provides a great service. I am happy I would recommend it.
Always a perfect solution when shipment is either not possible or ridiculous expensive from abroad. Especially US to Europe or anything to APAC would otherwise hardly possible
This is the App you needed but didnt know it was possible!
I tried to contact the grabr customer experience but they didnt answer me, so, i kept my huge problem and now i’m gonna have to deal with it myself, when they could help me if they wanted to!

Is not my first time. Everything I bought arrived perfect & in time. The travelers I met were great.
After you make your order, you have different travelers & prices, this is excellent, you can choose which is the best for you.
The products were received on time and as expected, great service I will continue using it.
Everything worked out and I got my item just 3 days after ordering it!
