Petty. untrustworthy, most cards are sold after being used as miners.

I've ordered a RX 6800 XT from there and one of the three fans doesn't spin, the gpu was dirty and the IO shield was completely bent making it impossible to plug in HDMI or DP cables without removing the shield entirely. After emailing them, they offered a "Partial refund" I said sure and they asked "How much are you expecting?" and then after I labelled £100 or £50 stating I'm fine to go lower, they said even £25 would be too much and told me to go to their headquarters in Liverpool if I want a refund. Do not buy from gpuhub.

Better than CEX

I recently bought a RTX 2080 Super FE from GPU Hub. The item was dispatched next day (I bought it on 22nd November) and it arrived today (26th November). I am extremely happy with my purchase. It came very clean, temperatures are very good (for the type of cooler it is) and the service is very good.

I have no complaints buying from GPU Hub and I will buy from them again. 30 day return policy is also a very nice bonus too.

Not only are they often cheaper than CEX, you will receive more money if you sell a GPU to them than CEX. You also have a photo of the item itself so you know exactly what you are receiving, unlike CEX where if you buy a 1080 for example, you don't know what model you'll get.

I will keep an eye out on the website for any more GPU's I would like to have.

Definitely recommend and will buy again and again if I see something I like :)
