I couldn't cancel my free trial. Every time I clicked on this option, I was forwarded to a page without any corner to proceed with the cancellation. This is too wrong to force you to continue with the subscription even if you want to cancel during the free trial. There are fairer ways to make money, such as offering a well-provided and useful service. This is not the case with this platform.

It’s fast and efficient, I definitely recommend it to other people. This is quite stellar

I feel like there isn’t any AI detector better. Even with the free plan it gives a great summary and tells you if the text seems ai generated
and once you buy the plan it has options to break down the text and tell you cool things like common AI used words etc.
I’ve used it a lot and also it’s best to get an account because it saves your documents and gives you cool stats

Really helps me spot if there is AI in peoples work.

Complete waste of time. Just do the essay yourself and you wont have to care.

Tested it out and it tells me something 100% written by me was 97% AI generated. Quillbot recognizes it's human written. Sorry, gptzero doesn't work.
I scanned the same text twice and got different results as well.

Request for Cancellation and Full Refund – GPTZero

Dear GPTZero Support Team,

I recently purchased a GPTZero Professional subscription on March 17, 2025, for $45.99. However, after attempting to use the service, I have encountered persistent errors and have been unable to obtain any accurate or useful information. Given these issues, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, which does not function as advertised.

I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund as the service is not meeting its intended purpose. Please confirm the cancellation and refund at your earliest convenience.

GPTZero is a scam. I'm a copywriter and AI-generated content editor (humanized) and a client told me they use GPTZero to test writers' work. I took their AI-generated content and edited it. I copied it into Quillbot and ZeroGPT and they gave me scores of 0%, but GPTZero gave it 100% AI written. That's not possible since I edited it myself. Then I entered a poem I wrote in the 90s as a child (long before AI or ChatGPT) and it spat out a score of 65% AI written. How is that possible? DO NOT use this software to judge writers and students! I am disgusted by this website. It should be taken down.

I've been using GPTZero and it's been amazing at everything. 100% would recommend downloading and purchasing plan to enjoy it fully
