Prompt delivery of my TwoNav Terra. But the best thing is their customer support. The training videos are so helpful and clear, they have really helped me get the best from my GPS unit. And when I hit a problem that seemed to be related to the TwoNav software, Andy went the extra mile, first recording a new video to show how I should be able to use the system (waypoints versus road books) and then when there seemed to be a software bug, he followed up with TwoNav themselves, prompting them to carry out a software mod. Throughout, Andy kept in regular contact with me by phone and email to ensure the issue was resolved. Fantastic customer support.

You may fine an item slightly cheaper, elsewhere, but the added value is worth a few pounds more.

Bought a Garmin eTrex32x GPS. Was received promptly together with additional operating instructions. The GPS had been set up by my GPS Training. Had a question regarding an aspect of its operation and a detailed reply was received by email without delay. Very pleased with service received.

Great product, my only quibble was with the postage which took a bit longer than expected

I bought a Garmin Montana 700 from GPS Training 2 years ago, and use it mainly on my annual 2 week break in the Lakes. I have found it very worthwhile to renew the Full Membership level of access to the handheld GPS training videos (which I recently did again), as they are a very useful refresher. My experience with GPS Training has been very positive from the outset, and I would definitely recommend them.
