We never sell or recommend null products. Before adding anything to our website, we check it thoroughly on our demo site and run tests. We make sure all products are up-to-date, and if not, we update them when asked. But it seems there's been a misunderstanding with one customer who doesn't seem satisfied. They struggle with setting up and installing products, and they want free help with that, which we can't offer. We try our best to help and educate our customers, and if a product doesn't work well, we give refunds because we care about our customers' money. We suggest this customer learn the basics and give our site another try.
