Purchased this service back in early 2023 and kept it for the rest of the year. Had to file a paypal claim to get my money back paid for the plugin and no response from the seller and no download was given. Their emails dont even have logos or working links just showing "your logo here" clearly a scam website quickly setup to collect money.

Reviews here are scam. The Site doesnt even have working Discount codes that are shown.

All the reviews posted on Oct 17, 2023 are fake. How is this possible that all the positive reviews are posted here in a single day and all the other on different dates are negative.
I was trying to buy a theme but after reading the reviews I realized that this is actually a scam.

gpldownload.com is a cheater, I purchase a pro plugin with usd $2.99/-. After payment they provide the free version. I complain with their ticket system. No reply. Again send so many emails. No reply. So, they are totally fraud.

This company is duplicated in Trustpilot. I purchased a theme and no download link was provided. Support ticket waiting times are 24 to 72 hrs for a simple purchase! Never trust a site offering you reduced priced themes! UPDATE - After several hours, a link was provided with an older version of the theme useless with current Wordpress and PHP. I will ask for an update or my money back.

I am actually a long time GPL user and never had any issues. The Plattform might be sometimes a little bit slow, but on the other hand there are a lot of content that needs to be loaded. I have a premium membership plan and have access to every plugin and theme which is awesome.

5 stars for their prompt service most of the time! (Issues are solved successfully between 2 to 6 days) - Been with them since last year December.

The only trouble was in August, 1st week of August when I had purchased a Pro Plugin from them and their site went down. Had to raise the ticket again on 16th August. Though support was understandably slow, the issue (activation of the Pro plugin) was resolved by 20th Aug (since they had to re-upload and redo their website earlier). It was frustrating that time but I just want my pro plugin to be activated as soon as possible.

But ever since most of their support is good (within 7 days max).
I always get my plugins issues resolved!

When you read the 1 star reviews you have to wonder are they genuine?

My personal experience from buying on the site and the overall experience was a 5 star warranted service with no issues. A smooth service from start to finish.

But don't just trust my word, or trust the word of the identical copy and paste 1 star reviews, try it for yourself and you will be writing the same review as myself, and very glad you never listened to the naysayers
