I purchased a website theme, but it was not delivered. Even after contacting support several times, I did not receive a proper solution. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I made the payment and received the service. However, it did not give me a code that could activate the service I received. It gave me a null theme. I can find this anywhere. When I want to get support, it gives me 1-2 days for a 5-second transaction. I am attaching the screenshots. This place is not reliable. I could not get any support. I could not get any help and it is not a successful service.

this website is really a gamechanger on digital marketing space. when you start a business or you want to scale it. you may need plugins & themes.
