DO NOT USE

Order placed 6th February with approved proof, paid extra for delivery by 20th February with a note that I needed the item by the 25th.

Chased order 16th February due to no dispatch notice, was told there was a printing issue.

18th February im sent a new proof and im told they won't be able to fulfil the order for the 20th.

Told them id accept a refund, now they drag their heels on processing a refund so ive gone straight to a PayPal dispute.

DO NOT USE

This company is highly unreliable and clearly dont know their own products or how to correctly proof their items.

Misleading web order process and very poor customer service and

Very poor customer service and misleading website. Ordered 100 bands for NYE with a message printed inside and out (I thought). Turns out the internal message on the band I selected (and paid £40 more for) can only be embossed. Nowhere during the order process was this stated and the follow up customer service is adversarial, telling me all the things i did wrong when in fact the process wouldn’t allow the choices. Be very wary, I will not deal with this company again!

Worst company I’ve ever ordered with in…

Worst company I’ve ever ordered with in my life, ordered sample wristband for £6 then 3 days later cancelled it and tried up charging me £20. Keep in mind I bought this wristband in order of remembering a lost one.

Awful scammers

Awful scammers. Paid almost 5 times over the market value for some wristbands and they added a stealth tax of £7.99 which they haven't refunded. When I asked to return the items and then get a full refund they said they don't do this, which is contrary to UK law re. 14 day cooling off period.

Very Happy

So, I did the usual thing where you place your order, pay.. then check trustpilot.. Naturally my heart stopped having read the negative reviews... However!

My order arrived in a little over two weeks, the design and quality was exactly what I wanted for a one day event.. I will certainly use them again, maybe I got lucky. Who knows? But I have to say my experience is utterly positive.

Lanyards not delivered - no proof of delivery and refuse to resend.

Ordered lanyards for our business in early July. We chased mid July as the package hadn't arrived. In short, they said that FEDEX claimed the order had been delivered even though their tracking screenshot showed the order as being delivered in Exeter and we are in South East London. They also claimed it was signed for by an 'Aaron' despite us having no Aaron working here. We've sent them camera footage of our office foyer showing no delivery arrived at that time, but they have now refused to follow up as they said it has passed the time limit for FEDEX, which is ridiculous as we have been chasing it since mid July.
After chasing for 6 weeks we have been told that we would need to re-order and re-pay. The attitude in the emails from Andrew in their customer service was truly shocking.

Use a different, more welcoming service

Spoke to them Tuesday as I was concerned that my delivery was currently in France, living in the UK and ordering from supposedly UK firm I wasn't impressed.

Was told delivery would be here on the Friday 16th, checked today the 15th and was apparently delivered on the 14th.

Now tracking the item is not available, tried contacting them and rude, couldn't care, and no help in getting in touch with the delivery company. Zero apology and zero help.

Avoid big time, use an actual company that cares about service, they might be cheap, but we have now no idea where this is, even uf it has been sent or if its just a fake or scam service

1. They are not a uk company, but seem to be pretending to be one.
2. They order from China
3. When the items are delivered there is a customs charge which you are expected to pay on delivery (ours was £118)
4. The customer services is rude and very poor
5. they refused our refund and we are currently at a £950 loss

I am referring this company to trading standards.

I think trading standards needs to look into this company. Purchased 200 No. wristbands which were nothing like the visual image shown on the screen.
When we complained about the product they completely dismissed the problem. No returns/refund even if you are not happy with the product!!!

Poor customer service and quality control

The ordering process was straightforward and easy with the price being reasonable. The wristbands were delivered early which was fab.

However, that's where the good stuff ends. The quality of the wristbands was terrible. 41% of my order was either cut poorly, from someone else's order or the colouring was horrendous. I had purchased the Stealth Order Protection which grants me a full or partial refund if I am dissatisfied or if they have done something wrong like late delivery etc. So I quickly got in touch with them to request a partial return and refund.

The customer service from this company has been seriously lacking. I have had to fight to get them to agree to a partial refund and I am having to pester to make sure it is actually processed. After assurances that it would take 48 hours to process, we are now at over 120 hours and I am still being told it will only take another 48 hours.
The person on the customer service chat on the website was begrudgingly helpful in providing me with the email address for the support team which you do need in order to raise returns/refunds under the purchased stealth order protection. I have been emailing the sales and support team but I only ever get responses from the sales team.

I will continue to pester them in the hopes it will secure me the partial refund they've promised me. I have given 2 stars because most of my order is of satisfactory quality.

Awfull company the worst one i have ever had dealings with. Items arrived over a week late and poor quality this is not a u.k company they are based in china. I was offered a refund which i have never received so im starting action through my bank to recover my money. Avoid at all costs

Do Not Order. Poor Service in All Regards

The company cancelled my order and refunded me without telling me. I have NOT received the refund. They sent me an email to review the product, 11 days after they cancelled it WITHOUT TELLING ME.
The price of the order was trivial but the band had personal significance for my daughter and I.
Customer service via webchat was poor at best with little knowledge of refund protocol and just telling me to wait a few days. This was 11 days after they processed the refund that they didn't tell me about.
Very disappointed

BEST QUALITY

BEST QUALITY, CHEAP PRODUCTS & AFFORDABLE PRICES

I received my wristbands today, a day earlier than expected and they are perfect. Ordering from your company is such a pleasant experience. From designing the wristband on the website, to placing the order, to the amazingly quick shipping from China. Great!!

Not a UK company! Items come too late and customer service is terrible!

We ordered from this site due to being able to guarantee the delivery time, which we needed urgently for an event. What we didn't notice was they changed the delivery date to AFTER the event when they sent the digital proof. The package could have been received in time if it wasn't stuck in customs, as the package was coming from China! After a battle with the supplier and customers, we eventually received the packages over a week late. The customer service is appalling and they are incredibly rude. We cannot believe the likes of Google use them, as stated on their website. We will be blacklisting this supplier forever!

Mixed performance - take care

I chose this provider of wristbands because I needed something done quickly, and this company offered fast turnaround (for an extra fee - which is fine). They also had a huge selection and a pretty intuitive website.

On the plus side, they delivered on time and I was happy with the pricing.

On the other hand, the quality wasn't quite as good as I hoped. And a bigger problem was that they did not respond well to a problem I had with the order.

Also, note that they are not UK based as their website suggests: the items were made and shipped from China.

Do NOT Do Business With This Company

We believe this company is fraudulent. They do NOT have 24/7 Customer Support, we were left on hold for ages during the weekend and never answered. The ONE CSR they have only answered during business hours and was rude and when challenged would hang up and not answer. Repeated requests to speak to management were ignored. Due to an error on their end we did not receive our order by the 'guaranteed' delivery date and failed to send it later as they had promised they would. We were assured we would receive it before Christmas and were to get our tracking number 'In 20 minutes'. We now have no product or refund and were only told after chasing it up the day before Christmas Eve. This was intended to be a gift that now will not be given. We are reporting this company to be investigated by Internet Fraud, will file a complaint with Visa. We intend to ensure that nobody is ripped off the way we have been.
