All was easy except for the request of the passport photography. I looked for my original photos and when I finally managed to find them and started filling in the questionnaire, I realized that what was actually requested was just the photo of the first page of the passport. Wording should be reviewed. Plus, the photo is hard to take given that the passport must be maintained very flat. A scan as usually requested would be much easier.

SCAM 5-star reviews also a fake
SCAM Did not understand that they take your money, the cost of the passport application to the government plus some extra, thinking that they will submit the passport application for you. WRONG. They only fill out the application--which you can just get from the government and fill out yourself (as I did after realizing I'd been scammed)--and send it to you for you to submit with the full application fee to the Dept of State.
They are very clever and can document they sent you the "application kit" you bought.
Those "5 star reviews" they post-- also probably phony.

Forgot to submit my application and now it's too late
5 weeks after providing all relevant info and documents, they failed to act on next steps to submit my application to the State Dept and I've now had to pay over $600 to Clear to expedite my renewal ahead of May 1st travel. There was no communication and no remorse. Truly abhorrent behavior. DO NOT USE.

Great service from Amir on my passport it was fast and simple and I had my passport in less than 2 weeks, you spend an additional 135$ doing it this way but they do all the leg work minus your pictures, but I would gladly pay this price again for the simplicity of the process!

They charge more money than the passport costs to navigate this process
After multiple tries to get my passport picture accepted, they were finally successful.
Also my new passport arrived quickly after the picture was accepted.
