Sturdy construction, good quality materials and craftsmanship, but magnet is only suitable to stable environments such as desk or bedside table. Totally unsuitable in the car as magnet disconnects at the slightest bump or push on the cord. So you have to take adapter out to plug a normal cable in anyway, and to do that I need to take my case off; so totally impractical.

Ordered a second family set of cables for our large household,, ordering was easy, delivery is quick and products are exactly as described... Highly recommend.

This is second time I ordered 2 x Family pack to gifted to my sister, because I liked the product & wanted her to try them out. I only gave 4 star because after 3 months of usages, I find that sometimes it does not want to charge at all & I had to gently brush all connecting part to remove dust as suggested by other & reconnect again to make it work. This is very annoying & not convenient as first thought, I still like the 360 pivotable of the connector tho. Another annoying factor is charging is very slow, it takes many hours to fully charge my IPad, still have not figure out yet why.

One if the iPhone connectors came apart in the phone and had to be prised out. Have purchased a few in the past and this is the first time.

The cable is fine for my phone but stopped working with my iPad. I bought another iPad and ordered another cable. The same happened with my new iPad. The connection got hot then I smelled a burning smell and there were sparks. I threw it out. I still use my other one for my phone and it works well with it but not game to use the cable with my iPad.

So many devices have different ports for charging … even in the same brand … a universal cable ( that doesn’t fray ) is so much easier across multiple devices

Sometimes plays up with the iPhone, but so much simpler when using multiple devices can recharge my headphone, iPhone, iPad and speaker using the same cable.

Love it. Now have 6 of them around the house.

Great product, only sometimes have to remove and replace magnetic tip on device because sometimes it doesn’t engage properly

I've ordered a few cables and extremely happy with them, I'm thinking they would be great gifts if stuck for ideas. Customer service is first class.

Not happy with this purchase. Purchased 4 cables and unfortunately connection only works 50% of the time. Not unusual to wake up in the morning and find item not charged even though power is on and connect to item.
It is necessary to connect cable and then wriggle it around until advise charging is happening. then you need to gently place on bench top so contact is not lost.

Nope, I could not recommend these cables, none of them were recognised by 4 different apple products. Not for me!
