Paid just under £300 for 2 Demon Dayz tickets. No tickets and no refund. So upset!

I am one of many who have found out that GO Tickets UK are fraudsters. Bought and paid for tickets in January 2017 for June 2017 Cliff Richard Concert, no tickets came, no email response, could not get through on the phone. At last their website has been taken down. I only found out today and will be reporting to police. Gutted. 70th Birthday treat spoilt

Liars and cheats and destroying people's experiences. Purchased tickets for Robbie for the 23rd June 2017. Same as others promised tickets and nothing has come. Constant calls to hear not open yesterday and today 3 options with please call back later and today website down. COMPANY Director is Valbona Gjoka and the office in Manchester is a 99 pound a month rental. Completely setup to rip people off. My bank will give money back after the event date has passed.

Have logged with the police. And ensure you all do the same.

Robbing scam arses. Hope you Rot in Jail once caught.

I purchased 2 tickets for the U2 concert on 8th July. Gutted to now be reading the bad reviews, seen that the website has been taken down, no answer to phone calls and emails now bouncing back.
Have spoken to my credit card company + they cannot get my £ back until the date of the concert has passed, provided I do not receive the tickets or I do receive the tickets and they are fake.
Spoke to ActionFraud tonight and whilst they cannot confirm Gotickets are a fraudulent company until investigations are complete it is looking highly likely that they are! Advised me to report the crime using the form on their website which will enable them to build a case.
I am so angry as this was a 40th birthday present for my husband. Great that I should eventually get my £ back but not so that my husband is missing out on a once in a lifetime concert by his two fave bands.

Paid £398 for two tickets to see celine dion in July.saw the notice today about them being fraudulent!emailed them-no reply.rang them-no such number!
Gutted!

I think they have gone pop. Their website is down, they are not answering the phone.

AND I DO NOT HAVE MY TICKETS!

Action Fraud.

I have been advised to tell anyone who has been affected by this fraudulent company to please contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 and report this scam. They will give you a reference number which will then help with reporting the scale of the scam and possibly obtaining your money back through your banks.

They are under investigation so please report them.

I suspect this company has ceased trading.

This is my first and last experience of event purchase online.
Having paid £405 for 4 tickets in November 2016.
I have reported to Manchester Trading Standards Department.
Fortunately i paid with my credit card , so hopefully i can make a claim.
Feeling disgusted and let down Think before buying tickets in advance.
Do your research on these ticket brokers . Not to be trusted !!!

Never buy from this company. We bought tickets for Robbie Williams at the Ricoh tonight 13th June last November. Within a few weeks I emailed to ask why I had not received my tickets, which were for specific seats . They told me the tickets would be sent recorded delivery 10 to 14 days before the concert . We passed that 10 days before and received a text to say they wouldn't get the tickets until 5th June and that they would be sent recorded delivery that day. Nothing. I've texted back, texts being rejected. I've emailed a number of times to 2 different email addresses (info@ and support@) no reply, and now today my emails are bouncing back . Tried to call a few times but you end up with a recording telling you to try later. Total Rip off!

RIP OFF COMPANY. Having not received my tickets or any communication during the 10-14 days prior as promised, and getting no response to my emails (though they replied promptly and were very helpful when I had questions post booking) I went to phone them today, only to find the website has been taken down. A bit of searching lead me here, where I read nothing but people in the same boat. Clearly nothing but a rip off company. Luckily I used my credit card so will get my money back, but tickets were a 1st wedding anniversary present for my husband, and we thought we were going to see GnR this Saturday, so the disappointment is non -refundable!

As with others reviews, I brought tickets to see Robbie Williams on 13th June (tomorrow) but have not received the tickets. I had an email confirmation and text message following my initial purchase, when no tickets arrived I emailed in February and was told that the tickets would be sent 10-14 days before the event. I received a text message saying there had been a delay, then another saying that the tickets where due on the 5th June and would be sent out the same day. However no tickets have arrived... and worse still it would appear that the website is still selling tickets!!!

Contacted them a few weeks ago and got a speedy reply advising my tickets were due to be sent in the next 7 days.

The 7 days passed on Friday and I still have no tickets 4 days prior to the event. I've emailed them a further 3 times with no reply. I've tried phoning customer services but they advise they are closed despite the message also saying they are open at this time.

Don't use this company.

I haven't received the tickets for Robbie Williams for tomorrow 13.06.2017 in Coventry, and can't get through to customer svs, straight to answer phone!

My son bought me two tickets to see Robbie Williams on the 13th June 2017 they cost £203. I have not received the tickets which they said would be delivered on the 5th June! I have been phoning them for days now and all I get is an answer machine saying there office is now closed??? Tried to email them and they just keep getting returned as un sent??? When I checked my sons bank account and the payment to them it says 'type of buissness is women's cloths store'???? These tickets were from my son as a present to cheer me up as I lost my husband a year ago. Have had no contact from them and no refund!!! To anyone who is thinking of buying tickets please do not use this company they are a rip off.

I booked two Tickets for Cliff Richard for the 18th of June 2017 for my wifes birthday. tickets have not arrived and can not get any response from there customer Telephone lines or E mail address. they seem to respond to good reviews but nothing for reviews that are bringing them into question. The last contact we had with them was months a go and we were told the tickets will be with you on the 4th of June !!!!!!!!
I have been told by others experience this problems to contact the Daily Mail and they will investigate them watch this space.

Ordered gorillaz demon dayz festival tickets, never received the tickets and have only found out they don't have them through reading through trust pilot, otherwise I would have had to find out myself. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Booked Demon Dayz (Gorrilaz) tickets when released. Good communication with company until a week before event. Told they were being sent the Saturday before.....no show! Telephone number not picking up and no answer to emails. Email received days before saying they had no tickets. A disgusting service and a very disappointed 12 year old. This company should be shut down for taking money and not having the tickets. They state on their website that they have a ticket guarantee - lies! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!

Bought tickets for the Gorillaz concert this weekend in Margate for a birthday presnet for partner a few months before the event - really looking forward to it - tickets promised by Goticketsuk shortly before the event but in the week before hand they claimed it was oversubscribed and cancelled our tickets - we are still waiting for a refund - working out what to do instead as babysitters arranged for the children and weekend completely spoilt by these horrible time wasters. No answer from the phone when you ring up to book tickets or speak to customer services whatever time of day you ring despite a message saying to try again during business hours. Cant get the money paid to another company back for the parking. The credit card used to buy the tickets was also fraudulently used to purchase other items shortly after the ticket purchase. Lets hope that someone sorts out companies like this that are spoiling music for the fans.
