Disappointed customer
My ticket was stolen out of my package and then they delivered an empty package. Told me because it was delivered the thief will get away with it since they can’t deactivate tickets and refuse to help. Most of the time you call them and you will speak to a bot who will tell you all of customer service can’t help you since they are helping events that are happening today which the bot will then send you a chat link. Talk to another bot who is also unhelpful. Something will go wrong for you when you buy from this website and you will lose your money don’t fall for the fake 5 star reviews, read them because most of them aren’t even a sentence long

I want to view actual seat options
I booked my tickets to a specific row, but I would have liked to see what my actual seat options were. I would prefer a seat as close to an aisle as possible, even if that means I have to sit farther back, but the site doesn't show you your specific seat location within the row.

Easy to find the prices
I loved how you could mouseover the section of the arena you wanted, and it would show the lowest price for that area. That made it much easier than scrolling through the ticket prices and hunting the section associated with it.

Orders cancelled regularly - seller is not verified
This company is a reseller of tickets and does not verify the seller until after the order is placed. I have placed orders and had them canceled and tried to reorder, and the price went up significantly. According to gotickets.com, the seller could not be verified so my order was cancelled. They should be verified before they are even posted for sale!
