We nominated GoTankers to install a septic treatment plant at our property in February 2026. The plans involved various complicated access issues which took five months to resolve, and Jack Fountain from GoTankers was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process, providing advice and going the extra mile to get the job done (including several site visits). We had spoken to several other similar companies when researching how to fix/update our septic tank, and GoTankers impressed us with their professionalism. The installation team (Damon and Jack) were incredibly hardworking, diligent and completed all works on time. We’d recommend GoTankers to anyone looking to install a septic treatment plant.

We had the unfortunate situation that our Klargester Biodisc (which we inherited) needed to be reinstalled as the high water table had popped it out of its hole. Jack was with us within 60 mins of the call to Janine. He gave us a detailed and accurate cost of reseating. Here we are 7 days after the initial call and all fixed. The undamaged Klargester tank has been reconcreted into the same space, which was lucky. Both Jack and Damo who have worked each day are to be commended. They are definitely an asset to the company. They were thoughtful and respectful to all our property and plants. I cannot praise them enough. Also Gary who replumbed in the electrics today has become a trusted friend over the years. His knowledge and expertise with our Klargester is second to none. We have had days of diggers, rain, pumps, tankers etc, made so much better by using the team from Go Tankers. I wouldn’t use anyone else

GoTankers has been our go to company for many years emptying the septic tank. Booking and service from all staff has been really good, drivers really polite and timely.
We have had installed a new Klargester BioTec+ system installed in November. From start to finish we could not be happier. Jack provided a great explanation and accurate costings and once we decided to proceed supplied a comprehensive statement of works. The two fellows carrying out the works were really good, completing the work within the quoted 4 day timeframe. They left the site as tidy as possible. Subsequent assistance in a property we are looking to buy has also been extremely helpful.
Great job from start to finish.

If you want a professional septic tank empty, Go Tankers will always be my first choice. Driver who came today was the same as 2 years ago and he remembered that I prefer not to empty the tank entirely; leaving a little bit on the bottom... I totally and really appreciate it.
As always, he came, did a great job, packed away with no mess, respecting my property and that is a rarity with tradespeople these days . So I just wanted to say thank you for fitting me as I know this time of year is busy.

Excellent service. Had a BioAir sewage treatment plant fitted. The guys were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Did a great job and left everything tidy. Would recommend.

Marcus the operative has been coming to empty our tank for a few years. He is always cheerful and efficient. Lucy in the office is very helpful also.

Marcus rang 10 minutes before attending. No hassle all done and dusted without any issue. Booking easy. Have used Go Tankers for the past 15 yrs and will continue to do so.

Great service, the operative, Marcus, was quick, efficient and friendly. Plus a great driver who managed the difficult access easily.

We had a new treatment unit package installed, the two lads that did it where great, such hard workers also they left the garden nice and tidy. We are very pleased, the whole process was nice and easy, Go Tankers sorted out all the relevent local council building control paper work so we didn't have to worry about anything.

First time using Go Tankers as my old supplier of 30+ years is no longer able to empty the septic tanks. Despite my explaining on the phone when placing the order how the tanks had to be accessed, when the driver turned up he took one look and said he wasn't able to do the work and drove off. I was then charged £100 by the company for no service, even though I hadn't been told about this charge in advance.

Excellent company, staff were very helpful and polite. Prompt and clean service. Would recommend.

After a site visit for a new soak-away to a privately owned road, which seemed very positive, I have waited over six weeks for a quote.
I have contacted the office numerous times but the surveyor who it seems is freelance has not supplied a quote or answered my calls.
I could not recommend this company as they seem totally unreliable.

Actually had great service and have had for a long time but know this; Company had change of ownership (well owner left his wife for a Russian woman) late last year. Russian wife treated staff like 💩, telling them that they were worthless and replaceable. This led to a mass resignation of staff at the end of last year. Avoid at all costs and let the Russian dolly bird realise that we don't treat people that way in this country.

Go Tankers wrecked our drive & our neighbours wall in December last year. So far they have not answered any of my emails to get it fixed. They promised to get their insurers to talk to us, nothing.

I would avoid them at all costs.

The guys who came out to do the work (septic tank emptying and repairs) were helpful, professional, and good to deal with. Dealing with the office though is a different matter - don’t expect calls to be returned, emails responded to, quotes to be correct.. everything is done to secure your deposit for the work, then you have to chase no end to get it actually organised. But then once the work is done you can of course expect calls first thing every morning asking for the invoice balance to be paid. Expensive, and not recommended.

I used Gotankers to install a waste treatment plant. Their installation team are excellent. Very tidy. Helpful. Work hard. Clearly are experienced and know what they are doing. Sadly they are not greatly supported by the team behind them. Because of initial mis measurement my Klargester ended up being too low such that it was 70mm below ground level exposing it to flooding risk. They did agree that ‘technically’ the lid should be above ground level and did initially agree to install a box with drainage around it. Two weeks later they still had not reverted and so I decided to build the flood measures myself. Cost me an extra £420 in materials alone. Overall I would recommend and have recommended them to friends but you might just check their calculations.
