This is a total scamming company and I wished I had read the reviews first...saw an ad so did the usual click onto shop now and bought an item which was advertised but little did I know that I had actually been signed up for a scam, they took payment for the item which I never received and signed me up for a subscription which I didn't know about for £24.99 ever 2 weeks, what the hell for I've no idea and now saying no refunds as it was a legal transaction, liars, they word it as you think your buying but it's not, STAY THE HEL. AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ITS A TOTAL FRAUD!
Pure Scam, stay away folks!!!! Have nothing do with them!!! I still don't know how they got Account number because I CERTAINLY did not purchase any of their products.
Total scam. Ordered a keyboard and was invisibly signed up for a 50 pounds a month susscription which they say cannot be refunded. They also say no product was actually ordered, just a 'trial' subscription which was automatically escalated to a 'full' subscrition as it was not cancelled within the 3 day window. So far out 35 pounds thanks to an advert on Facebook
Robbed £130 off me in total so far and try be smart about it by putting a subscription you don’t realise you sign up for in place and not even your bank can get you your money back honestly lucky they are behind a screen dirty freaks get a real job rats

Unfortunately as others have said it is a complete scam. I followed a link to buy a mop and not only did I not get the mop but it subscribed me to something I didn't subscribe to. They will not refund, they know what there doing. They lied when I messaged them about it. Hopefully I can go through my credit card company for a refund.
Don't deserve 1 star, i was subscribed to this without my knowing and i cancelled my membership and was told already cancelled without refunding the money they charged in my credit card, then after 3 months they charged money again and i asked customer service they said they reduced my membership to 95%? Are you serious? Is cancelling subscription means reducing price for membership? You scammers!
Proper scam...avoid at all costs. After cancelling a subscription I didn't even want (thought I was paying for a speaker) they carried on taking money even after the cancellation...I never got the speaker either

I was charged with 3€ for trial menbership, afetr the order i made, what happened was i didnt make any order after all and they was charging 3€ for trial menbership before the real order. I canceled the card after that because the aditional charges they weere charging

This company is a fake I spent 3 pounds with them didn't get what I purchase and top of that they when in my account and took out over 100 pounds people please be careful don't spent your money with this company
This is a company we think based in Cyprus and the Web site sells phone and tablet accessories.
Be aware they sign you up for this service at £19.99 per fortnight out of your account. We don't know how they got our account details, bit it was two payments before we stopped them. Just a warning michael
