Fast and serious seller, I could buy a product that wasn't sold anywhere else anymore. Even if I had to pay quite expensive customs fees (obviously not the seller's fault), I am so happy with my purchase !

Customs charge higher then product price
I paid 18$ for transportation to Belgium, expensive but this I knew in advance. But then DHL charged me an additionele 48$ customs fee, which was even more expensive then the product I bought. Never again.

Product not authentic
I ordered a Korean snail cream and I have bought this item before from a trusted source and the cream in the jar is not the same. First of all, there was no seal on the jar when I removed the lid as befire when i have purchased from a trusted. Secondly it does not have the same emollient properties or thickness as before. Thirdly, I had to pay an extra $45 duties once the item got to the US. Will not be ordering again and i am considering reporting as fraud. I believe a cheap substitute was put in the jar, as this is not the authentic Korean snail cream product

Company did not ship out my item until I reached out to them to find out why. They refused to waive the shipping charges even though the item was coming weeks after the delivery date. I would not recommend this company.
I will not reach out to you anymore - i have already sent 10 emails and received garbage answers from your company.
Please do not label this an unverified order - this is what your company does - it lies and avoids the real issue by masking it with fake issues.

I received confirmation of my order within minutes and advised that I would be emailed delivery details once the order was on its way. My order was expedited within a few days, and delivery details emailed to me, this was followed up with information from the UK delivery company who kept me advised of when to expect delivery.
