I want my money back

I sent a payment to a solo account in error via a third party business. My bank has tried to contact you to return my money as it’s a closed account it went into. Please can someone respond to my email I have sent it to your email address

If I could rate this lower I would.

I received a call about a solar proposal in June of 2023. I liked what they were saying but need time to look things over and do my research. I got bombarded with calls to the point that I had to tell them give me a week to do my research. So today 09 July 2023, there Vice President Yousuf Shah, called me demanding to know why I’m dragging my feet. Last I heard the customer has all the time he needs to make a decision. Who in their right mind would spend or take on a debt over 100,000 for 25 years for solar power.

I am a 26 year retired US Navy Veteran, and this dude called me a loser for taking my time, he did a credit check on me and threw my debt in my face over. I have the text messages to prove it. Stay away from this company they just want your money.

Please please do not use this bank it…

Please please do not use this bank it is a scam! They don’t answer any emails, or WhatsApp. There is no contact details for them. They will take your money very fast and it’s easy to pay in-but they will not let you take the money out or pay anyone….please please don’t use this bank account it has nearly cost me my business

Account blocked no reason given

Account blocked no reason given. Sent email but received no response. Left me stranded with no access to funds! No contact telephone to call. I will be closing my account as soon as this is resolved. Seems like this is a scam! I sincerely hope I haven't lost my money! I wish I had read these reviews before opening account.

Customer service is non-existent.

Account not accessible since yesterday. No response from the so called customer care team. Still stuck a day before Easter. Not acceptable.

Speedy help for accountant

As an accountant, I recently tried out the GOSOLO bank account application. It was a great experience - I was able to register limited companies with ease and in no time at all. The registration process was fast and straightforward and I was able to get everything set up quickly. This is a great feature for busy accountants like me who need to get things done quickly. Highly recommended!

Hi I can’t make payments from my…

Hi I can’t make payments from my account I’ve had important payments to make since Friday and money just got sent back to my balance go solo contacted me on the weekend and said I would receive correspondence by Monday 27th February nothing has happened thus far I’ve sent email after email WhatsApp message after WhatsApp message and nothing goes through the way this bank deals with customer issues is terrible people have businesses to run and we can’t contact anybody the response I received wasn’t even to my query I need my funds asap gosolo

Account blocked on first attempt at transaction for £750. Sent email but received no response. Left me stranded with no access to funds! No contact telephone to call.
