Hi Richard, sorry to hear this issue. Your email to us was only picked up after the weekend as we are closed over the weekend when you emailed us. Our email correspondence to yourself on Monday, on our return, clarified the issue with the payment and once we located the payment, a refund was issued as the product had become unavailable by that point and you did not want a alternative product. Apologies for this scenario.
