I have emailed you to say my parcel is missing

I have emailed you to say my parcel has gone missing 2 times with no reply
I’m £30 down and no product I’ve contacted all parties involved and had no response the shop say they don’t have it but DPD sent my a collection QR code I’ve been to the shop twice now

Apologies for the late reply. DPD were contacted on the same day (Friday evening) you advised goods were not at the location needed . They only replied on Monday there had been a routing issue and that they would get goods moved the correct pick up point for the following day. When goods arrived to the correct location, they updated you that the goods were there and you collected them on the same day (Tuesday). Thank you for your patience and sorry for the routing issue of DPD.
