Wrote them about my order and nothing still haven’t received after month I would say scam

This is a counterfeit piece of rubbish it doesn't work, the heads don't change and it left me with a painful cut to my finger trying to change the heads
Disgusting that this can be sold to unsuspecting people with the intention of scamming them, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely appalling experience. Ordered item, took a while to come. Was surprised when I opened it as it seemed VERY cheaply made (I could’ve knocked something up with LEGO that would have looked better and quite frankly worked better. Not sure where the people in their adverts got their item from but trust me it doesn’t work like that or produce those effects. NO hair removal on legs …. Tried under my arms and they felt very sore afterwards - the next morning I had the most painful red rash under my arms! Couldn’t even use deodorant. Contacted Go Shavy at multiple times explaining what had happened, that I was not satisfied, offering to send pictures and requesting a refund. Guess what? Not one response. DO NOT BUY!! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDN’T DO A REVIEW OTHERWISE. APPALLING.

Absolutely horrific branded well on the website, however resembles a SHEIN type product doesn’t even trim the hair let alone shave it! Complete gimmick absolutely disgusting company

SCAM! ‼️ arrived damaged and with absolute zero confidence that it’s safe 😢 terrible 😣 my bank are investigating this matter so I hope I get refunded! I feel taken advantage of please do not buy from them! I see all their products are sold out now- they have no contact details no return adresss! Cheap rubbish but cost a lot! Avoid avoid at all costs - dangerous items and dangerous people

Took very long for delivery, shipped directly from china, in very poor and cheap looking packaging. Product came scratched up, not looking new or what it looks like on the website. The product itself is such bad quality, it doesn’t shave close to the skin at all, I’m so disappointed this was such a waste of money. It’s a scam, do not buy from this company.

Definitely a scam. Should have realised this due to the lack of a return policy on their website and the office address in UK does not include a postal code.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute shambles!! My product arrived and I couldn't remove the top causing my finger to be sliced open. I have emailed 3 times for return details and have had no response!! I eventually got the top off and the razor doesn't cut any hair at all!! I'm so annoyed that I fell for the hype. Do not buy!!

This product is useless. It is definitely Goshavy and not Smartshavy. Used one and broke. I’ve contacted customer services repeatedly with no response. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE. This company has now been reported to Trading Standards. Don’t waste your money guys

Placed order before reading the review sent an email straight away to ask to cancel no response at all from them delivery was meant to be within a few days came about almost a month later box battered completely doesn’t even work so don’t waste you’re money! Will possibly open a dispute with my bank to get my money back as zero communication whatsoever

Poor service
I ordered two GoRelief belts from goshavy as I heard they are good. Immediately I got an email confirming the order. Several emails I sent to them were not answered. After one month without fulfilling my order I cancelled my order. Still no answer. Then all of a sudden they delivered within two days.
Now I want to return the now unwanted items, but I fear that this will also not work as they never answer emails…
Very disappointing!

My wife purchased a Goshavy shaver which did one leg then conked out!
Returned as advised & told a response in 3 days. Now over 3 weeks - no response, NO REFUND, despite repeated communication.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

This shaver is absolute rubbish!!!!! There's no easy way to fit the shaver heads on, they don't fit properly and after using it once it has now stopped working!!!!!!! Don't waste your money!!!!!

So called Go Shavy (London) product, doesnt work, not on fine hair on the face or thick hair. Not one hair left my body after using it. I wish I'd read the reviews before I got scammed. Ships from somewhere far away to a distribution centre in the UK, not even London. On the packaging, there is no Go Shavy logo. It says it's designed in Paris by Idea Village and made in China. The device has Yes written on it, in the instructions its called (FT) Yes. You use it at a 45 degree angle and gently glide across which does nothing.
What a scam. I can't believe there is no redress for companies that pretend to make something or pretend to be the owner of the product, or pretend to be in London and they are not. I bought extra shaveheads as well. £35 they got me for...What a scam!!!!!!!!!! I am going to report them to Trading Standards UK.

I bought GoRelief - Magic Menstrual Relief for my wife on 18 November and paid £27.
I received a "Warm Palace Belt" from Temu which costs £7.19.
I have emailed them twice and haven't received a reply.
They are scammers and fraudsters.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Recieved go shavy , doesnt do nothing, cheap crap , returns is non existant £25 down bloody drain BIG CON DO NOT BUY . If i could give no stars then i would . All they ve done is taken money, emailed 3 times no answer

Got mine about week ago and I thought it doing the job but absolutely rubbish bloody expensive but doesn’t even work properly this company should be ashame and closed down there company straight away… this should cost penny only not bloody 24 pounds … rubbish stuff
