Kimiya handled both the sale of our house in Plymouth and the purchase of our new home in Poole, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor.

She was fantastic throughout the whole process. Communication was always excellent, we always knew what was happening, and we completely trusted that she was on top of everything and getting things done.

There were points where other solicitors in the chain were far less proactive, which could easily have made an already stressful process much worse. Having Kimiya handling things for us made such a difference. She kept everything moving, chased where needed and gave us real confidence that our side of things was being taken care of.

Before buying my flat, many people warned me that solicitors can be slow to respond and that the whole process can be stressful. My experience with Kimiya was completely different. My friends were so surprised when I told them how quickly and smoothly everything progressed.
