From start to finish, the whole process has been unbelievably smooth and efficient. We were sent access to the app, which made everything so simple and easy to follow, and I was genuinely astounded at how streamlined the entire process was.

What to say a massive thank you to Emily Wilson at Gorvins, she worked as our case handler for our first property and I could not be more grateful to Emily, great service and communication from start to completion she helped us every step of the way, there was more legal work to do then originally realised but Emily explained everything so we could understand it. Highly recommend.

Honestly this was the greatest experience especially as first time buyers to have Gorvins dealing with our case - especially our case handler Emily W (thank you for everything). Our initial contact was Femi who was again brilliant with communication and got us through the first stages of the process (thank you)! We were then apppointed Emily as our case handler and communication was brilliant from the get go, always provided swift answers to any queries we had and pushing on our behalf to get things moving was more than what we could have asked for. We were in a time pressured situation of needing to move house and I know we would 1000% recommend Gorvins based on our experience especially use of the App which made all the tasks which appeared daunting very easy to go through and this added to the seamless experience! Thank you Emily and the rest of the team who we touched based with. The turn around time was incredible (under 8 weeks from being appointed) and the delay was only due to the other side and some other factors outside our control as Gorvins was ready within 6 weeks to close for us! Brilliant service and ultimately we feel we had the best case handler!
