Last week I had a total flat tyre and contacted Gorilla Tyres in Gateacre Liverpool. After a 5 minute phone call to the amazing member of staff who calmed me down I was all sorted. About 25 minutes later the amazing fitter arrived and within 15 minutes I had a brand new tyre fitted on my car. Yes I paid a premium to get it done but the weather conditions were awful but that didn’t bother him. He talked me through the whole process and even asked me if I wanted to step in the van to see what he was doing and also to stay dry which was lovely. I would recommend to anybody. Great service and fantastic staff.

Well what can I say, Again amazing reliable service was on the way to work and got a blown tyre. One Call to Stone tyres/Gorilla Tyres and the van was out tyre replaced and back on my way within the Hour and mine wasn't a off the self tyre, it's a 285x35x22 a large one as you can see. Friendly service quick and totally professional from the off 👌
100% reliable and get you on your way with little disruption to your day and I did not pay above the odds for the tyre either, was given a good price for a good tyre

Went to gorilla tyres last week as my wifes car had a puncture and we needed a new tyre also , after speaking with John Stone he said they would fix the puncture if possible saving me a new tyre purchase and sorted us out another tyre a good quality and at a good price , the place was very busy but we wasn't waiting more than 20 mins and the lads were very good and quick I did like the fact the lads asked for a re_torque after they had done the nuts on the wheel and John came over and used a different socket to check all nuts where sorted I've never seen that before excellent .The place seems to be going through alot of upgrades with mots and call outs etc so the place is doing really well and after my visit I would truly recommend to anyone . Great work gents

I really don't know where to start with this review, I have so many great things to say. Yesterday, I had a complete disaster with a runflat tyre on my BMW, which had left me unable to drive and unable to remove the alloy from the vehicle. After just one conversation with John Stone he had arranged and new runflat and his mobile team to come out for fitting. Absolutely first class service from both John and his team, who kept me fully informed throughout. Within 35 minutes of arrival, my new tyre was on and I was back on the road, the lovely fitter even checked my other tyres over whilst he was there. Not only is this THE BEST tyre centre in the NorthWest for professionalism, customer service, huge range of stock and price, John and his team really do go that extra mile for each and every customer.
