I have purchased an item for it to be…
I have purchased an item for it to be delivered to a parcel shop and in two days the tracking showed the parcel had arrived . I went to the store with the tracking number and information with proof of purchase but the shopkeeper ensured me the package wasn’t there and it didn’t get delivered. I stil haven’t received any refunds or any other information about where my item is . This is the first time i have ordered from the company and i am deeply concerned about customer service and satisfaction from the business.
