Grumpy turned up half an hour late with no apology and failed to arrive when we returned the vehicle.
Girl on phone very helpful gave a free coffee whilst waiting for delivery and allowed us to post the keys when he failed to attend for collection on time.
Car was in good condition, clean and modern.
You have to sort out the issues delayed our plans for the day.
I like the company very much for their affordable prices, great cars and most importantly the amazing service 🤲🏾😇

I continue to be a regular customer from Go cars. Never had an issue with them in terms of retaining my deposit, cars condition, the staff are always kind and thoughtful.
Points to improve maybe is to have a place to stay when waiting for the car or giving it back, not always the drivers are giving the car on time, and staying up in the rain or sun, snow, cold and hot, it's not very nice.
But still these are minor issues with the peace of mind I have during renting their cars. Always fair prices and very reasonable deposit.
Rented a car during our Krakow visit. Service and support from the team has been brilliant. Especially Casper. Would highly recommend
