My experience was excellent. The overall application process was so easy- each step clearly explained as you complete. I had put off taking action because I dreaded engaging into a time consuming and complicated process. I was pleasantly surprised with the clarity of the steps and relieved that it proceeded at a pace I determined. The experience was made superior by the finance manager, Faruk Lidan. He was extremely patient with my many questions and what if scenarios. He helped me to assess based on my business needs without bias or pressure. I needed a little extra time to review and some extra hand holding but he was always available but never pushy.
