Great company! Product actually works!

Recently had a bottle delivered damaged. A few pictures and an email and a replacement bottle was on its way. Great products, great customer service!

This stuff really works! I keep trying to think of a way to not sound paid or a bot but I can’t. But this stuff really does work! Also their customer service is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Fast shipping as well!

I resently ordered product from go pure beauty and needed to contact the company. I am very impressed with the rapid response and assistance with my issue. They have been genuine and helpful. I appreciate a company that not only stands behind their products but cares about satisfaction for the customers.

I ordered the products March 20. The company you use for shipping is terrible. They sent an email 2 days ago that they tried to deliver the package and would try again. I sent them an email asking why I didn't get the package. The address is correct and should have no problems delivering. Haven't got a response from my email to them and still waiting. I read horrible reviews on this shipping company you use so if and when I get my products I probably won't order again because of the shipping issues. Not worth it.

The Go Pure customer service team is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Communication is consistent and if I don’t respond to them they reached out again. The didn’t give up until I was satisfied. They really LISTEN :). Top notch?

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their customer service. When I had issues with a jar of cream, I reached out to them and they gave me options for replacement or refund. I was beginning to see signs that the product was working, and they are sending me a new jar and have followed up on every single email. Communication is key and they have that aspect covered. I feel like a valued customer.

GoPure is a fantastic product. I’ve noticed a difference with my arms being tighter and neck looking much better. Ordered everything on subscription. Customer service is amazing as well.

After 1 week of using the neck firming cream, my neck looked young again! I am 65 and as I age my face gets thinner, giving me what I call “turkey neck”. It was gone after 1 week. I wish I could include a photo here. I just ordered 2 more jars! 😊

I received the product much quicker than I thought. Within days. With most free shipping
products it takes quite some time.
Just a note, first time I'm trying GoPure, easy to apply, consistency,to me, perfect. Not to thick, not to thin, & easy to apply. Starting to see a difference already. TY

This company is awesome! I had an issue with my order and customer service went above and beyond to make it right! Shipping is always fast and reliable. I love their products especially the body scrub, dewy serum, brilliant cream and belly cream. I use them regularly in my skincare routine and recommend them to friends. I’m so happy to see it’s also available in Target stores.

I’ve used my 1st order (3 jars), not really seeing any change. You’ve billed me again over $100, which I did not authorize. I’m still using the 1st order! Now you’ve sent and billed me again! Please do NOT bill me again! Stop this subscription!

They advertised that their products can tighten and lift your skin. I got the neck cream, and used it for four months, (every day until it ran out.) I might see maybe a 5% improvement. I also got the glow pure tinted mineral SPF zinc oxide, sunscreen, lotion. And that product was super sticky, and I could never figure out what it did at all. I can use sunscreen on my face that isn’t tinted and sticky, and can buy it at the drugstore for less. So I would not recommend getting the one from Go Pure.

I love the products I purchased, the Dewy and body scrub is amazing. Orders are always shipped really fast with no issues. The customer service team is amazing!

Love the product, but unable to cancel/hold subscription. I have 5 extras. They ship it every 3 weeks, no email response and website is not up..........they are having server issues it says.
