I didn't receive one of the fragrance…
I didn't receive one of the fragrance candles I wanted, but got a different one. It was meant to be a gift for someone that really likes that particular candle. I have reached out and heard nothing.

I never received my complete order
I never received my complete order. I was charged twice for my order. Once I get this corrected thru my c.c. company, you won't hear from me again. I am sure it doesn't concern you. This is the worse experience I have ever had with Goose Creek.

I love the fragrances of the candles…
I love the fragrances of the candles and the beautiful wraps on the jars. I can’t always burn a candle, so I have been trying out the plugins. The scents are strong but not overpowering. I appreciate that you can adjust the strength and the little night feature is great!

When I received my order The wax melts were melted in the box. I took pictures and I’ve emailed was submitted pictures four times now and I’m getting no resolution.
When I received my order, my wax melts were melted in the box all over I sent photos two different times have emailed two different times and I’m getting no response other than my ticket will be closed because I’m not responding to the company, which is not true and I’ve resubmitted the photos and the emails and nothing is being done
