Go On Board is an untrustworthy company that has awful customer service and will not acknowledge their mistakes.
They acknowledged that I wanted a refund sent to a different card. I clarified twice i cannot access the card originally paid with and they decided to ignore my clear request and instructions and sent the refund to the original card on a closed account. They have since refused to acknowledge their mistake saying I have to contact the bank. The bank states the account is closed and that any refund would have bounced back. Go On Board has just been obfuscating and denying any responsibility and has not made any attempts to remedy the problem despite contacting them every day.
The refund exceeds $500 and they are happy to screw a customer over and not give a damn about it.
