Cannot fault, absolutely amazing service! I am a first time buyer and Alex was so helpful throughout the whole process. The best estate agent I have ever come across. I have rented for many years and have never come across an estate agents so professional, helpful and friendly. Can't wait to move into my new property and if/when it comes to selling it , I will without a doubt be using Goodwin Fish. Can't reccomend enough!!

Wing Yan was very helpful and professional in showing me the properties. He could answer all my queries with his fair comment, expertise and knowledge, which helped me a lot in my decision.

Alex and Sam bounced into my life in late December 2022

I instantly , on sight, saw the energy and charisma that Alex's personality displayed and that big smile from both Alex and Sam that set me at ease.

And at no point has he let me down.

He came in and instantly pointed out all the positivity
in my flat , which i all ready felt. He filled me with confidence on the fact this was a man that knew how to sell my flat.

Very professional people at all times.

I have in the past met many an agent who treats selling as a job they just do and they come to your place not knowing a thing about it and do nothing to help sell it. That is not the way to sell a place.

When you invite an agent round to view your place and to price . He must fill you with confidence.

Alex He was dynamic.

Christmas and New year was in the way so I consider my flat went up for sale on the 1st of January
it was sold by the 3rd.

All through this process Alex has been at hand supporting me, keeping me informed, asking , am i happy etc etc.

At no point was I not able to contact him at no point did he not take my call or answer my email.

What more do you want!!!!!!!

The only other Agent in the past that I admired was
Ian Chatburn. It was him that recommended Alex.

Very professional people, I came to manchester during peak period and Goodwin Fish helped to find and get suitable flat with good price.
I recommend this estate agent to all.

Stay clear. I had no hot water in the shower and they refused to fix for 6 months, I moved out with it unfixed. I was flooded majorly twice and they did no repairs at all so the place became mouldy and inhabitable. They lie about inventory and even lied to the deposit protection scheme who thankfully saw right through their lies. They will ignore you once you have moved in and will never do any work as it may cost them some money. They did however charge the apartment above me for the damage done due to flooding but they never used any of that money on fixing the apartment. It is a family run business and rotten to the core. Taking them to court to teach them a lesson. Stay clear of this company!!

They haven’t returned our deposit yet, we left the property 3 months ago!! They ignored our calls. Avoid! ( Manchester)

Goodwin Fish provided a disgusting service to me at 156 Chapel st, 23 city gates.
When I moved in, they sent me outdated inventory, no cleaning was done, lots of repairs needed and they told me a will be fix as soon as I moved in.
Now moving out, they want me to fix and clean what was not done by them when I moved in.
Also, they send 2 guys with a dog to change the locks before my move out date.
Luckily, I saved all emails and pictures of the apartment when I moved in.
Watch out and don’t used Goodwin Fish
