Friendly and timely service
Friendly and timely service. From my first call to when my vehicle donation was completed I received thoughtful and informative guidance throughout the entire process. I made it known that I'd like my vehicle picked up within 2 days as I'd been waiting on another donation company for over a week. They were quick to action my request and my vehicle was collected by 10AM the next morning. Great experience!?

Subaru 2005 Forester
I received a call about 10 to 15 minutes after I submitted my donation request online. The representative was very knowledgeable and connected me to the tow company to set up a date and time for pickup. The tow company had some issues the scheduled date for pickup, but they promptly called and told me they would let me know via a phone when to except the pickup. I did receive a call Tuesday evening that the pickup was scheduled for Wednesday between 10 am and 2 pm. The driver called about 40-45 minutes before his arrival and again minutes before arriving at my door. The driver was friendly and help with the process with DMV. Overall, the process was GREAT.

Goodwill was great but the tow company…
Goodwill was great but the tow company they used to pick up the car was very slow to provide a tow receipt and wasn't responsive to the Goodwill reps. I called in to Goodwill to donate my car on 3/27/26. It was 3/30/26 before the tow was scheduled and 3/31/26 before it was picked up. Had I received the tow receipt that day I could have cancelled the registration and the insurance then. Goodwill kept trying to reach the tow company but got voicemail each time and never received the receipt. I finally received the receipt when I contacted the tow company late on 4/2/26 by which time the DMV no longer permitted me to cancel the registration. I just hope it went well for Goodwill after that.
