I ordered. 2 dogs beds the same colour different sizes they sent the correct sizes but 2 different colours
I want to return the wrong one but they won’t allow and offered £4 compensation
There was also no care or washing instructions included so how am I meant to look after them
They state 14 day money back but they will not honour this and it took from 27th November until 23rd December before I received m order Do not deal with this company !!!

I ordered a flapping bird for my cat.it was suposed to flap its wings and chirp it was rechargable so my could play with it on his own ,but the wrong bird was sent .just a static bird that did nothing.i waned to exchange it for the right one that i paid for.but no.

If I could give this company -10 I would. I write this review on behalf of a friend. She ordered a dress, it didn't fit. The company do not rake returns as they say you have to return to China, which they say will be expensive. They offer a compensation of £2 ( which the customer support representative says they will pay out of their salary!!! 🤔) They advise you to give the item to a friend or family 🙄. The item was made of very inferior material, poor fitting and looked dreadful. Total scam of a company who should not be selling in the UK. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to lose your money!!! Beware as connected to similar companies selling the same items. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Sadly no return allowed! I ordered a dress and trousers and they neither fit. The dress didn't look anything like it did on the model - I'm a small in all makes (ie Amazon clothes) and the elasticated top was tight, the skirt voluminous and the material shiny. On the photo it looked like a soft cotton?! The trousers were so long in the body they came up to my bust line.
Their email support suggested I'd ordered the wrong size, but then sent an email this morning to say they couldn't refund and I shouId give them to a friend.

Really Lousy customer service, and to have expiration dates on a purchased gift card might be good business for them, but bad business for the customer. (Money out the window)

Bad experience!
I have got a card from Goodtimes like a gift from a friend and normally it should be valid 3 years beginning with the date when he bought it.
I was with this card after one year to an restaurant and it was no more valid because they changed the name from "Goodtimes " to "Gogift".
So they force me now to use that value on their web site shop were they have products at two or three times prices than normal.
I just want the money back,not to be forced to buy something what I don't need.
And it is not normal to happen this kind of things.
