Although we began on the wrong foot due to some digital issues and the AI automations auto reject mode, GoodStack Customer Support team solved the issues with much better guidance on what is missing and how we can proceed patiently. Thank you so much for solving the issues rose.
Impossible to get verified - been rejected three times. Seems like they don't even look at the documents you upload or check the ACNC register here in Australia. Keep asking me to prove I work for the organisation when I am literally listed as a responsible person on the ACNC. No response to emailing their helpdesk. Starting to think they might be a bit of a sham.
UPDATE:
I had already raised a case via the email they mentioned in their reply. 4 days after this review they finally replied to the support ticket, requesting the same documents I had already provided a number of time. Sent them all through again, hopefully this time they are reviewed by a real person and I get verified. Will update again if I ever get a resolution.

Still haven't managed to get any genuine response from Goodstack. Had a bunch of open cases (asked them to consolidate these but no response), kept getting emails telling me to reply to the case before they close it - from a no-reply email, with no way to actually reply to the original case. Incredibly frustrating. 6 weeks later and still haven't succeeded in getting access to the software we need at NFP rates.

I've been trying to get our account set up for almost 3 weeks. After our initial denial, I've sumbitted requests via the online form (the only way I have found to communicate with them as I cannot find an email or phone anywhere) and sent additional info, and I've gotten no response. I'm so frustrated. As many other companies use the goodstack approval to approve things, this is holding up so much of our start-up, and we were hoping to have the last 15 days of the year to solicit end of year giving. But our giving platform requires this as well. I'm at a loss on how to proceed.

I like Goodstack because they help keep our Canva account safe from people trying to use it without authorization. In this day and age, you cannot be too safe.
My issue was resolved quickly. To get verified, I think I had only to reupload the documents but in a quality scans.

The customer service representative that assisted me was understanding, patient and professional. This was very helpful, as our non-profit board members are spread out throughout the country, with some overseas currently working. Hopefully we'll benefit from the patience and understanding of the representative.

What a waste of space this company is. I am the treasurer of a non-profit 501c6, which is a chamber of commerce whose entire existence is to promote other businesses in the community. We make nothing on this; it's a fully volunteer organization, yet GoodStack does not know how to read the IRS code. Because we don't fall under 501c3, we can't be a non-profit because they don't know how to read. If I had my way, I would completely stop using Eventbrite or any company that uses this gigantic waste of space to verify things.
