A great clinic & every member of staff I encountered were fantastic! Initial consultation with David Watt was informative at put my mind at ease with what would take place. Fast forward 2 weeks and I was booked in for the surgery. Nicola Stokes was assisting Mr Watt during the procedure and was great also; she really looked after me until it was time to leave. I've just returned 1 week later for the stitches removed and was again looked after so well by Anne Storey - the team here are just so good! I am already impressed with the improvement only 1 week after surgery & there's still lots of healing to do so I can only imagine the results between now and the 12 week check-up. The best decision I made and couldn't have hoped for a better Team of lovely individuals to be looked after.

Very well explained before treatment started . Felt comfortable and relaxed and happy with results. Shall be going for repeat treatments.

I telephoned for an appointment and luckily had an appointment that same afternoon, due to a cancellation. Everyone was lovely and friendly and professional from me being greeted at reception to seeing the lovely Petra for my consultation. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I went to see Petra to discuss my skin concerns who talked me through the pros and cons of various treatments. One treatment piqued my curiosity called Cell Story which is liquid microneedling that you can have over 4 sessions. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the science behind the treatment was really interesting, as well as there being little or no down time, I decided to give it a go. The treatment itself can be mildly uncomfortable when the microspears are massaged in to the skin, but this step doesn’t last long and Petra talked me though each step during the treatment. The results have exceeded my expectations and I’m really happy with the results. My complexion is smoother and clearer and the red tone to my skin has massively reduced. My skin feels in much better condition, and I can really see the difference in the ‘before’ and ‘after’ photographs. I would highly recommend Petra and Cell Story.

I found Good Skin Days to provide an excellent service from start to finish. The team were lovely and super approachable. Reception were so helpful and made me feel welcome even though I had struggled to find them and was slightly late, risking missing my appointment. They all pulled the stops out to make sure I was 100% satisfied, which I was. I will be returning in the summer for more procedures even though its a long drive. Very informative before my treatment. The lady carrying out the treatment was excellent and well qualified.
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because reception didn’t read my email properly and booked me for consultation with the incorrect procedure. It was all sorted but I had to rebook.

I had an excellent experience with doctor Watt and nurse Nicola ! They are a great team and if god forbid I would ever need anything like it I would contact them without any hesitation! They know their stuff 1000% and I would highly recommend them! In my case was a massive lipoma surgery but it all went well ! Thank you again doctor Watt and nurse Nicola !

I recently underwent treatment with Mr. Williams to improve the appearance of a scar left by a severe case of shingles, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. After just one week, the difference is remarkable, the scar is much neater and significantly improved compared to the deep indentation left by the virus.

This was my first experience with a cosmetic procedure, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and care shown by the entire team. The process was efficient and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease. I’m excited to see how the scar continues to heal and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future treatments if needed.
