First impressions Nicholas was friendly and pleasant to liaise with. Company had good reviews on social media.

All seemed very professional until the work started where his team member was disinterested with the tasks at hand.

There were many errors made to the plumbing works, the activities carried out were not to quote and it became a battle of arguments!

Furthermore, they made excuses for everything - if they were good plumbers they would put their customers first.

Wouldn’t recommend them, stressful experience trying to get them to commit and their charge rate are higher than any plumbers we’ve obtained quote from.
