This is an amazing fitness program I have now nearly completed 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it.
I am learning so much about the importance of staying strong.
I am feeling much better already and I look forward to my classes with Emma, who has such a good way of instructing.
Thank you Goodnick!

I enrolled on the Goodnick 9 week program as a lady of a certain age who is noticing their strength balance etc isn’t as good as it was. The program is very easy to navigate lots of different techniques are explained in an easy to understand way. The exercises have different levels for different levels of fitness. We are on week 4 and I am enjoying the program
You also get weekly information on things such as hydration and protein. There is also a What’s App group for peer motivation if you want to join it

I purchased the 9 week programme and it is working well for me. Aimed at the right level, woman over 60. Good clear videos with instructions and a Whatsapp support group. I am currently in week 5 and have noticed changes in me in this time. A good product which does what it says.

The exercises are explained well and build in intensity very gradually. 20 minutes is an achievable amount of time. I felt the benefit quite quickly and have had much less lower back pain since starting the programme.

I’d give 4* for the exercises but 1* for the coach support. The exercises are not overly challenging but they are good to get you back into the habit of exercising and making sure you have a gradual reintroduction without causing any damage. However, the “Coach Led Support and Accountability“ that they promote, that is a key aspect of how they advertise the programme, is basic and lacking in some key aspects. The reality is the coach posts a few messages on a WhatsApp group and the rest is a lot of chats between other participants about how their exercises went. There is no actual accountability to the coaches. I didn’t do 3 of the 4 exercises in a week and my coach didn’t contact me to make sure I hadn’t just dropped out which isn’t what I’d call support. You click on a “completed”button when you finish an exercise too so there’s no doubt that they knew the exercises hadn’t been done. They issued a completed table in the first week but obviously not since. I’ll continue with the exercises for the remainder of the 9 weeks but if you want accountability to a coach I’d say this programme is not the solution.
This plan is a no frills, say it as it is plan and is for all levels of fitness. There are no fancy promises just a commonsense approach and realistic exercises. I thoroughly recommend this.

Really good coach who builds things up slowly to make the exercises doable. I am very motivated to keep up and for the first time really enjoying the classes. Twenty minutes 3x a week at home isn’t hard to find.

Moves are easy to follow and difficulty builds gradually. Plenty of encouragement given and 20-minute classes seem to pass quickly. Exercises mostly enjoyable! You can feel yourself getting stronger over time

This company is helping me to stay as healthy and fit as I can now that I'm in my 60s. Their regular courses communications and support really help me to keep going with the sessions.

Felt included from the start to the finish. Never felt like it was all about the money. Genuinely seemed to care about my wellbeing and wellfare all the way through.

It is really easy to follow the excercises because they are counted out for you.

I absolutely love the exercises and, aside from yoga, I've always swerved exercising. The mix of challenge, variety, balance, sense of achievement and fun is great.

The progression from the start has been good, starting off with excercises which I found easy( I have been doing pilates for a few years) to now being more energising.
The supersets are good for me, & make my body work harder. At the moment I am able to get out & do my garden, thanks to the fine weather. I am still quite strong in my upper body, but my legs are a bit weak.

Following the introductory 9 week program I have now just completed the 1st week of my twelve month membership .From the start of my fitness journey I have really enjoyed the lessons which started gently and just keep on progressing . Emma is such a good instructor and where possible gives easy or harder options according to our level of ability . For me this is very useful because I have a problem with my hip so sometimes I do need to adjust and adapt. I find it very convenient to be able to do these exercises in my own home. Over the first nine weeks I have found my balance , stamina and general fitness have improved greatly , at the beginning I would never have thought I would be able to work through this Fridays mash up but at the age of 83 I did . Thank you Goodnick !

Informative, professional and safe exercise sessions. 20 mins perfect and achievable in terms of sticking to the programme. Incremental exercise progression and although I didn’t use it, the ability to have a personal communication around any queries is a useful addition.

Excellent support to achieve good exercise routine habit. 4 days each week x 20 minutes is easily fitted into busy day and builds motivation.
Exercises are progressive to increase strength and flexibility and clearly demonstrated. Also good nutrition advice to maximise health.

The Goodnick programme has been inspirational for me. The information, assessments, food plans, exercise video links for the classes, plus the ongoing support and podcasts are invaluable. I have been able to embark on a health journey consistently for the first time! My weight management plan has directly benefitted from this resulting in a much healthier, lighter me! Wow! The results are amazing. Highly recommend this to others.
