We sold our house in April 2023 with Goodman Warren Beck. We first came across Charlie 4 years ago when we were looking for our first home and we’re struck by how he stood out compared to other estate agents we had showing us around. Unfortunately the house we went on to buy wasn’t sold with GWB however we knew that when we would be looking to move again that we would go back to use Charlie to sell, and we were right to as he didn’t disappoint.
Our house was sold within a week of being on the market and we were overwhelmed with offers. Once we had chosen a buyer, we were handed over to Jennie who we also met when searching houses. Again, the house we went on to buy was not with GWB as we went on to buy a new build, however the dealings with both Charlie and Jennie throughout the process had been second to none. We even managed to get from reservation to exchange within 45 days (alongside the help of our amazing solicitor who had been recommended to us by GWB).
We can not thank them enough, we had a stress free move and very grateful for the top service provided by the whole team!

A big shout out and thank you to Charlie who pulled out all the stops to prevent us being delayed with completion when we viewed the house a week before and discovered the boiler was leaking! By some miracle he managed to find us a plumber and get the work done with no delay to us moving in. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful for all he did and to be in our family home.
