Caution! SCAM ALERT!

This company is a total scam!! DO NOT PURCHASE from this new, small and fraudulent company. I ordered one time and did not like the product the overcharged me for. Then only 23 days later I get an email saying my credit card was charged again! I called immediately, within two hours, customer service said I signed up for a subscription. Which I DID NOT. Then they said, it was already out for "tracking" whatever that means. No warning via email, no warning via text that a prescription was about to be processed/shipped or that my card was about to be charged. When I asked for a 24 hour warning so I could delay or pause my script, I was told that I needed to log in to the website and manage my plan that way. They pull the same subscription garbage that so many online providers do. I did not sign up for a subscription and did not need anymore of their bogus product! So with that, these companies are getting us for two orders and I see they are doing it to multiple others as well.

Profits over patients

I used to like this company and I bought medication here for over a year with a doctor checking in each time. Without my knowledge, they put me on a subscription, charged me without consent and send me medication I didn't need. Customer service was impossible to deal with and I was unable to receive a refund for this medication I do not even need. I would advise looking somewhere else, this company has gone south. Profits over patients ☹️

Starting strength Tirz subbed for 15mg strength ordered

In early January, I ordered Tirzepatide, 15 mg strength, which I had been taking for two months. I spoke to their doctor and submitted photos of both the prescription and the clearly labeled vials. I told their representatives very clearly that if they couldn’t supply me with 15mg strength Tirzepatide, I wasn’t interested in ordering from them. They reassured me that I would be shipped that strength. The medication arrived the next day, but because I still had a vial from my previous prescription, I simply refrigerated the green cannisters . Today, having used the last of my previous prescription, I opened the cannister from GoodLife, only to find very tiny vials of medication clearly labeled “Maintenance Dose, 3mg strength”, with instructions to inject 38 units twice weekly. First of all, there is no way that those tiny vials hold enough medication to draw 8 doses of 38 units each. Second, the strength was only 3mg, and was labeled “Maintenance Dose”. I am not ready to enter the maintenance period, since despite increasing protein, decreasing calories, and exercising aggressively, I have only recently (at the 15mg level) begun to lose weight at a good pace. The GoodLife doctor is now telling me that “different labs have different strengths”, and that my vials do indeed contain 15mg strength. Pardon my skepticism, but I have enough medical experience to know that this is utter b.s.—I took both the vial from my previous prescription for 15mg strength and the vial from GoodLife labeled “3mg Maintenance Dose” to my local pharmacist, who told me that there was no way that the contents of the vials were the same medication strength. I want the 15mg strength that I ordered, and I don’t want to be lied to.

Reply from Good Life Meds

Hello Amy,

We have researched this, and the doctors are correct. The vial you received is a 3 mL vial, not a “3 mg vial” as stated above.

The concentration is clearly labeled as 20 mg/mL, which means there are 20 mg in every 1 full mL (100 units) on the syringe.

You were prescribed 15 mg weekly, scheduled as two half-doses per week.

To reach 15 mg weekly with a concentration of 20 mg/mL, your total weekly injection volume is 75 units. Since you are splitting this into two injections per week, you will inject 38 units twice weekly.

Each injection will equal 7.5 mg (38 units).

If you would like us to call you, please reach out via email at Care@GoodLifeMeds.com
, and we will be happy to speak with you and clarify any questions regarding your medication. Please always follow the instructions provided by your doctor and pharmacy when receiving your treatment. Concentrations can vary from pharmacy to pharmacy, and the number of units you are instructed to inject accounts for these differences.

If you prefer, you are also welcome to take the medication to a local pharmacy, where they can review this same information with you so you feel fully comfortable and confident in your dosing schedule.

Ive been to these online websites for almost two years now and have been to a few different places. I’ve been using Good Life Meds for a few months now and this is the best site I’ve been to. I always get my weight loss medication on time & for a great price! It’s fast easy and I feel like this meditation works better than it has in a while. I would not recommend anyone that I wouldn’t go to myself.

You Can Talk to a Real Person

I recently called with questions and Rose Codner was more than helpful! So nice to be able to get a GLP-1 AND talk to a real person! Been very happy with the prescription I’m on and losing weight without side effects. Was on Noom Med for over a year and just started here. Weight loss is a journey. Noom was challenging and you couldn’t talk to a person. Thank you Good Life Meds for making it personable!! Thank you Rose!

The website ordering process was…misleading

The website ordering process was misleading. Based on health questions and personal preference, they instantly approved glp1 med when I was only researching to see of it was right for me. I tried to cancel within a minute of placing it but customer support kept refusing due to their policy. I asked for a screenshot of where I would have seen that during the checkout process but they refused.

This company is a total rip off and…

This company is a total rip off and scam!! They REFUSE to cancel my subscription. I explained to the agent via chat that I have too much and financially need to cancel immediately. I was told by, “ Sarah” that it will be paused indefinitely. I told her it is a federal law for one click cancel on subscriptions, like they do not know!! She refused and told me to follow steps that are not even possible to complete on the site. I told her to remove my method of payment and cancel numerous times. She just repeated her directions that do not exist. I then received 5 emails back to back with a message showing the approval for the product from January!! They were sent within seconds of each other on purpose with irrelevant info, still not confirming the cancellation. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and proof of a scam. If they were legit with quality products this would not be an issue. DO NOT PURCHASE from this new, small and fraudulent company.

They change their packaging with each…

They change their packaging with each shipment, making dosing confusing. Their website is confusing and hard to manage subscriptions. They refuse to cancel an order with less than 6 hours notice of renewal. Renewed at 12:34 AM and then shipped immediately, no warning via email, no warning via text that a prescription was about to be processed/shipped. When I asked for a 24 hour warning so I could delay or pause my script, I was told that I needed to log in to the website and manage my plan that way, but the delay I put in place last month after this happened before did not go through and I still ended up with more product than I need.

They pull the same subscription garbage…

They pull the same subscription garbage that so many online providers do. I did not sign up for a subscription and did not need anymore of their product and then in the middle of the night I was billed $300 for something I did not order. I happened to be awake and replied immediately and let them know I was not on a subscription please cancel the order and refund my account to which they replied nothing can be done about it. So with that they get two orders from me total, have terminated my account and am seeing multiple others with the same experience.

Watch Out For Good Life Meds

So I got my first order from Good Life Meds on 03/02/2025. Then I didn’t order again until 11/09/2025 8 months later. As you can see I wasn’t on automatic fill with the 8 months in between. So then they sent me an email stating my order has been mailed which I did not authorize. I returned it to sender. They wouldn’t refund it because it was already mailed out. Even thou I returned it to sender. They said it was on automatic fill. I wasn’t informed because the first time I ordered and the 8 months in between wasn’t automatic fill. So be careful with this company. And if you look at there reviews and the BBB reviews it’s all right there. I just wish I would have done that.

Lack of medical supervision

No problem getting medication and had doctor available within 30 minutes for prescription. My wife had adverse reaction to medication, which happens, but when reached out to their medical team they were absent and nonresponsive. This is a sham company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I MADE AN ORDER, SAID I NEEDED TO DOCTOR APPOINTMENT. AT THE END OF FILLING OUT HEALTH, THE ONLY WAY TO SUBMIT WAS TO HAVE IT CHARGE YOUR CARD AGAIN. SAW THE SECOND CHARGE AND CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. NO PLACE ON WEBSITE TO CANCEL.
